أسباب ظاهرة التنمر في المدارس المتوسطة من وجهة نظر المرشدين التربويين والوقوف على مقترحات علاجها

ملخص البحث:
يهدف البحث الحالي الى تشخيص اهم الاسباب التي تقف وراء ظاهرة التنمر من وجهة نظر المرشدين التربويين، وقد تحدد مجتمع البحث بالمرشدين التربويين في المدارس المتوسطة للذكور في محافظة كربلاء المقدسة والبالغ عددهم(284) مرشدا تربويا موزعين على المدارس المذكورة ، اما عينة البحث فقد تحددت عن طريق اختيار العينة العشوائية العنقودية بعد تقسيم مدارس المحافظة الى مناطق، لتكون العينة النهائية (60) مرشدا تربوية في المدارس المتوسطة ،وقد كانت اداة البحث الاستبانة التي تكونت من (32) فقرة تؤكد اسباب ظاهرة التنمر في المدار المتوسطة ،تأكد الباحثان من صدقها بعد عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء في العلوم التربوية والنفسية كذلك التأكد من ثباتها بتطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية تكونت من (50) مرشدا تربويا من نفس مجتمع البحث،وقد طبق الباحثان اداة البحث بتاريخ 26/1-2019 ،وبعد جمع البيانات واجراء المعالجات الاحصائية عليها باستعمال قانوني الوسط المرجح والوزن المئوي تم عرض النتائج وتفسيرها بعد ترتيبها تنازليا من اكثر الاسباب حدة الى اقلها ،وقد خرج الباحثان بمجموعة نتائج ،اذ احتلت فقرة (عدم وجود نظام خاص في وزارة التربية يحاسب الطلاب المتنمرين الامر الذي يشجع هذه الفئة على ممارسة دورها) المرتبة الاولى، هذا وقد خرج البحث بمجموعة توصيات أهمها تشريع قوانين تحد من تنامي هذه الظاهرة بين الطلاب والعمل على تقوية الروابط بين المدرسة والاسرة وتشكيل لجان خاصة في مديريات التربية لمتابعة هولاء الطلاب، واخيرا اقترح الباحثان باجراء مجموعة دراسات ذات علاقة بالدراسة الحالية.
 
Abstract
The current research aims to diagnose the most important reasons behind the phenomenon of bullying from the point of view of educational counselors. The research community was determined by educational counselors in middle schools for males in the holy province of Karbala. The selection of random cluster sample after the division of the province’s schools into areas, to be the final sample (60) educational guides in middle schools, the research tool was a questionnaire, which consisted of (32) paragraph confirming the reasons for the phenomenon of bullying in the middle orbit, the researchers confirmed the truth after presentation P A group of experts in the educational and psychological sciences, as well as making sure of their stability by applying them to a survey sample of (50) educational advisors from the same research community, the researchers applied the research tool on 26/1/2019, and after collecting data and conducting statistical treatments on them using the legal medium The results were presented and interpreted after descending order from the most severe causes to the least, and the researchers came out with a set of results, as the paragraph (the absence of a special system in the Ministry of Education that bully students, which encourages this group to exercise its role) ranked first, this The research came out with group Tu The most important recommendations are legislation to limit the growth of this phenomenon among students and work to strengthen the links between the school and the family and the formation of special committees in the directorates of education to follow up on these students, and finally proposed to conduct a group of studies related to the current study.
