وفي ضوء متغيرات العصر الحديث أُملِيت علينا تحديات و ثقافاتٌ وأفكار قد تؤثر على تربية أفراد الأسرة ، وذلك يؤثر بالسلب على وحدة بناء المجتمع، ومن ثم في مدى ترابط الأجيال وإدراكهم لطبيعة ثقافتهم الأصلية مما يوهن ويضعف الأسرة أصلا والمجتمع كنتيجة لذلك.
تأتي مشكلة البحث في التسأل الاتي :
هل للمرأة دور في التربية الاسرة امام التحديات الراهنة ؟
ولكي نجد جوابًا عن هذا السؤال يجب أن نبحث أولا عن دور المرأة في الأسرة وثانيا تأثيرها على الابناء ،.
تمثل هدف البحث: التعرف على دور المرأة ( الام) في تربية الابناء . ماهي التحديات الراهنة التي تواجه الاسرة في تربية الابناء .
اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي للبحث، وجاءت التوصيات:-و منها
اعداد البرامج التعليمية في التربية والتعليم فيما يخص إعداد المرأة إعداداً فعلياً لأداء دورها الوظيفي امام تحديات وثقافات طارئة على المجتمع .
وجود مراكز لأبحاث الطفولة والناشئة تكون غايتها بحث أفضل السبل لوضع منهجية تربوية قائمة على أصول تربوية قادرة على مواجهة التحديات المتصاعدة للحياة العصرية.

Abstract:-
In light of the changes of the modern era, we have been dictated to challenges, cultures and ideas that may affect the upbringing of family members, and this negatively affects the unity of the community building, and then the extent of the interdependence of generations and their awareness of the nature of their original culture, which weakens and weakens the family originally and society as a result.
The research problem comes in the following question:
Do women have a role in family education in front of the current challenges?
In order to find an answer to this question, we must first look at the role of women in the family, and secondly, their impact on children.
represent The aim of the research: to identify the role of women (the mother) in raising children. What are the current challenges facing the family in raising children
The researcher followed the descriptive approach to the research, and the recommendations came :
Preparing educational programs in education regarding the actual preparation of women to perform their functional role in the face of urgent challenges and cultures on society.
Existence of child and adolescent research centers whose objective is to explore the best ways to develop an educational methodology based on educational principles capable of facing the escalating challenges of modern life.
