الملخص
أستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف إلى:
1- المواطنة الرقمية لدى مدرسي الحاسوب في المرحلة الثانوية.
2- التعرف على الفروق في المواطنة الرقمية لدى مدرسي الحاسوب في المرحلة الثانوية حسب متغيرات (الجنس, مده الخدمة)
وقد تحدد البحث بمدرسي الحاسوب في المرحلة الثانوية من الذكور والإناث التابعين الى مديرية تربية الديوانية للعام الدراسي (2023 – 2024). والبالغ عددهم (458) مدرس ومدرسة ولتحقيق أهداف البحث عمدت الباحثة إلى بناء مقياس المواطنة الرقمية بالاعتماد على عبد العاطي(2021)، الذي يتكون من (36) فقرة بواقع (6) فقرات لكل مجال من المجالات الست وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس ، تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة البحث الاساسية والبالغ عددها (200) مدرس ومدرسة اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا بالاستعانة بالحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS,26) توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية:
1-يمتلك افراد مجتمع البحث لإبعاد المواطنة الرقمية ويتجهون باتجاه معايير التكنولوجيا والمعلومات وفق الوعي بمعايير وقيم ومبادئ المواطنة الرقمية العالمية.
2- لاتوجد فروق في المواطنة الرقمية لدى مدرسي الحاسوب في المرحلة الثانوية حسب متغيرات (الجنس, مده الخدمة).
طبقاً للنتائج التي توصل اليها البحث الحالي، اقترحت الباحثة الى جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات منها:-
1-العمل على زيادة الوعي لدى مدرسي الحاسوب بمهارات المواطنة الرقمية من خلال الورش والدورات ومنهم تنظم الدورات لباقي شرائح مؤسسة التربية من معلمين وطلبة.
2-اجراء دراسة تتناول المواطنة الرقمية وعلاقتها بوهم التفوق الاخلاقي.

Digital Citizenship Among the Computer Teachers in Secondary School

Abstract:
The current research aims to identify:
Digital citizenship among computer teachers at the secondary stage.
Identifying the differences in digital citizenship among computer teachers in the secondary stage according to variables (gender, length of service)
The research was limited to male and female computer teachers in secondary school affiliated with the general directorate of education in Diwaniyah for the academic year (2023-2024). They numbered (458) teachers and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher proceeded to build a digital citizenship scale based on Abdel-Aty (2021), which consists of (36) items, with (6) items for each of the six fields. After verifying the psychometric properties of the scale, it was applying the scale to the basic research sample of (200) teachers and schools who were chosen by a simple random method, and after collecting the data and processing it statistically using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS, 26), the research reached the following results:
Members of the research community have the ability to move away from digital citizenship and move towards technology and information standards in accordance with awareness of the standards, values and principles of global digital citizenship.
There are no differences in digital citizenship among computer teachers in the secondary stage according to the variables (gender, length of service).
According to the results of the current research, the researcher proposed a number of recommendations and proposals, including:
- Working to increase computer teachers’ awareness of digital citizenship skills through workshops and courses, including organizing courses for the rest of the educational institution’s segments, including teachers and students.
- Conduct a study that addresses digital citizenship and its relationship to the illusion of moral superiority.
