أساليب تطوير أداء أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعة من وجهة نظرهم

المستخلص:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة ” اساليب تطوير اداء أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعة من وجهة نظرهم ” ولتحقيق هدف البحث قام الباحثان ببناء مقياس لهذا الغرض مكونة من ( 33) فقرة تم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها الذي بلغ ( 0,82 ) . وبعد ان اصبح المقياس جاهز بصورته النهائية طبقه الباحثون على عينة البحث البالغ حجمها ( 60 ) استاذ واستاذة ، بواقع ( 45 ) تدريسي ، و( 15 ) تدريسية التابعين لجامعة واسط / كلية التربية من جميع الاقسام اختيروا بصورة عشوائية من مجتمع البحث البالغ ( 117 ) أستاذ وأستاذة . لذ قام الباحثون بتوزيع المقياس على التدريسين وطلب منهم الإجابة عن فقرات المقياس جميعها بدقة وموضوعية .
وباستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة الوسط المرجح والوزن المئوي تبين للباحثان أن هناك فرق بين المجالات الثلاث حيث جاء ( مجال البحث ) بالمرتبة الأولى ، ثم ( مجال التدريس ) بالمرتبة الثانية ، ثم ( مجال خدمة المجتمع ) بالمرتبة الثالثة .
وقد أوصى الباحثون بضرورة الاهتمام بالأستاذ الجامعي لأنه الركيزة الأساسية للنجاح المجتمع بشكل عام وتحسين مستوى الطلبة بشكل خاص .

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the methods of developing the performance of faculty members in the university from their point of view. To achieve the goal of the research, the researchers constructed a measure for this purpose consisting of (33) verifying the validity of the tool and its stability (0.82). After completing the final sample, the researchers applied a sample of (60) professors and professors with (45) teaching and 15 teaching assistants from Wasit University / College of Education of all departments randomly chosen from the research community of (117) Professor and Professor. The researchers then distributed the scale to the teaching and asked them to answer all the paragraphs of the scale accurately and objectively.
Using the appropriate statistical means, the weighted average and the percentage weight showed that there was a difference between the three fields, where the field of research came first, then the field of teaching ranked second, and the field of community service ranked third.
The researchers recommended the need to pay attention to the university professor because it is the cornerstone of the success of society in general and improve the level of students in particular.
