ملخص البحث:
هدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على اتجاهات مدرسي علم الاحياء نحو التعليم الالكتروني، وايضا التعرف على الفروق في الاتجاه نحو التعليم الالكتروني وفق متغير الجنس والخدمة , تحدد البحث الحالي في مدرسي علم الاحياء في محافظة القادسية للعام الدراسي (2021-2022) وتم الاعتماد على منهج البحث الوصفي , وبلغ حجم عينة البحث(200) مدرس ومدرسة للمرحلة الثانوية , تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وايضا قام الباحثان بأعداد مقياس الاتجاه نحو التعليم الالكتروني المكون من (39) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات بواقع (13) فقرة لكل مجال, كما أن بدائل الاجابة هي (5) بدائل (تنطبق علي تماما, تنطبق علي غالبا, تنطبق علي احيانا ً, لا تنطبق علي , لا تنطبق علي ابدا ) وقام الباحث باستخراج الخصائص السايكومترية من تمييز وصدق بأنواعه الظاهري والمنطقي والبنائي , اما الثبات استُخرج بطريقة معامل الفا كرو نباخ , أما النتائج فقد اظهرت تمتع مدرسي علم الاحياء باتجاه ايجابي نحو التعليم الالكتروني, وايضا هناك فروق وفقا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح المتوسط الاعلى وهم الاناث، وايضا هناك فروق وفقا لمتغير الخدمة ولصالح (1-5) سنة.

Abstract
is to identify the attitudes of biology teachers towards e-learning, as well as to identify the differences in the trend towards e-learning according to the gender and service variables. Research Descriptive, and the size of the research sample (200) teachers and teachers of the secondary stage, they were chosen randomly. The researchers also prepared a scale of attitude towards e-learning, which consisted of (39) items distributed over three domains with (13) items for each domain, and the answer alternatives are (5) alternatives (applicable to me completely, applicable to me often, applicable to me sometimes, They do not apply to me, they do not apply to me at all) and the researcher extracted the psychometric properties of discrimination and honesty of its apparent, logical and structural types. Gender and in favor of the higher average, which are females, and there are also differences according to the service variable and in favor of (1-5) years.
