الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى :
- الثقافة الفيزيائية لمدرسي الفيزياء للـمرحلة الثانوية.
- دلالة الفروق في الثقافة الفيزيائية لمدرسي الفيزياء تبعاً لمتغيري النوع الاجتماعي( ذكور ، اناث) وسنوات الخبرة.
حيث أتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي كمنهجية لأجراء البحث الحالي , وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث اعد الباحث مقياس للثقافة الفيزيائية والذي تضمن (52) فقرة موزعة على سبعة مجالات وتم استخراج الصدق والثبات للمقياس, وتحديد مجتمع البحث الحالي بمدرسي الفيزياء للمرحلة الثانوية في محافظة القادسية للعام الدراسي (2021-2022) , إذ استعمل الباحث أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية في اختيار مدرسي الفيزياء , وبلغ أفراد العينة (200) مدرّس ومدرّسة وبواقع (100) مدرّس و (100) مدرّسة , و أظهرت النتائج امتلاك مدرسي الفيزياء للثقافة الفيزيائية , هناك فرق بين النوع الاجتماعي(الذكور والإناث) في الثقافة الفيزيائية يرقى إلى مستوى الدلالة الاحصائية لدى مدرسي الفيزياء في المرحلة الثانوية وكان الفرق لصالح الذكور , وهناك فرق بين مُدرسين و مُدرسات الفيزياء في المرحلة الثانوية في سنوات الخبرة على الثقافة الفيزيائية يرقى إلى مستوى الدلالة الاحصائية وكان الفرق لصالح الفئة الثانية.
وفي ضوء نتائج البحث خرج الباحثان بمجموعة من التوصيات منها :
- ضرورة اطلاع مدرسي الفيزياء على المصادر والمستجدات العلمية الحديثة لزيادة الثقافة الفيزيائية لــديهــم.
- تدريب المدرسين على الطرائق الحديثة في التدريس والتي تزيد من تحصيل طلابهم وزيادة تفاعلهم وحبهم للفيزياء
واستكمالاً لنتائج البحث يقترح الباحثان عدد من المقترحات منها :
- أجراء دراسة عن الثقافة الفيزيائية وعلاقتها بمتغيرات أخرى .
- تزويد المدرسين كل ما هو جديد ومستحدث من معرفة ووسائل تكنولوجية لزيادة ثقافتهم الفيزيائية.

The physical culture of physics teachers at the secondary stage

Abstract
:The goal of current research to identify
1-Physical culture of physics teachers at the secondary level
2-The significance of differences in physical culture teachers depending on the physics of the variables of gender (male, female) and years of experience.
Where the researcher followed the descriptive methodology for conducting current research, and to research objectives, the researcher scale physical culture, which included (52) items distributed on seven areas were extracted honesty and consistency of the scale, determine the research community the current ‘class of physics at the secondary level in the Qadisiyah province of the school year (2021- 2022), as used researcher stratified random sample method in the selection of teachers of physics, and reached the sample (200) teacher and school by 100 teachers and 100 schools, the results showed the possession of teachers of physics and physical culture, there is a difference between gender (males and females) in physical culture amounts to a level of statistical significance of the physics teachers at the secondary level was the difference in favor of males, there is a difference between teachers and teachers of physics at the secondary level in the years of experience on the physical culture amounts to a level of statistical significance was the difference in favor of the second category.
In View of the research results, the researchers came up with a set of recommendations, including:
1– The necessity of informing physics teachers of modern scientific sources and developments to increase their physical culture.
2– Training teachers on modern methods of teaching that increase the achievement of their students and increase their interaction and love for physics.
To complement the research results, the researchers suggest a number of proposals, including:
1– Conducting a study on physical culture and its relationship to other variables.
2– Providing teachers with all that is new and developed in terms of knowledge and technological means to increase their physical culture.
