يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على :
- الحس الكيميائي لدى الطالب – المدرس في كلية التربية/ جامعة القادسية.
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في الحس الكيميائي لدى الطالب- المدرس تبعا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور ,اناث).
- الدافعية المهنية لدى الطالب – المدرس في كلية التربية/ جامعة القادسية.
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في الحس الكيميائي لدى الطالب- المدرس تبعا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور ,إناث).
- العلاقة الارتباطية بين الحس الكيميائي الدافعية المهنية لدى مدرسي الكيمياء.
ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمد الباحث منهج البحث الوصفي وتم تحديد مجتمع البحث واختيار عينته: الطلبة – المدرسين في كلية التربية/ جامعة القادسية من الذكور والاناث (المرحلة الرابعة) للعام الدراسي (2020-2021) م، وتألفت عينة البحث من(200) من الطلبة – المدرسين في كلية التربية/ جامعة القادسية ،وبواقع (87) من الذكور، و(113) من الاناث. وقام الباحث ببناء مقياس للحس الكيميائي ومقياس للدافعية المهنية وبعد التحقق من خصائص السيكومترية ،تم تطبيق مقياسي البحث على عينته المتمثلة بالطالب- المدرس في جامعة القادسية – كلية التربية – قسم الكيمياء وبعد تطبيق الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة توصل الباحث إلى ضعف الحس الكيميائي لدى الطلبة – المدرسين و امتلاكهم لدافعية مهنية جيدة فضلا عن ذلك لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور –اناث) يعزى لمتغير الحس الكيميائي والدافعية المهنية وكذلك توجد علاقة طردية بين الحس الكيميائي والدافعية المهنية لدى الطالب – المدرس،أي كلما زاد الحس الكيميائي ازدادت الدافعية المهنية لديهم وفي ضوء ذلك وضع الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات .

Chemical sense and its relationship to the professional motivation of the student-teacher in the College of Education / University of Al-Qadisiyah

Abstract
The current research aims to identify:
1- The chemical sense of the student-teacher in the College of Education / University of Al-Qadisiyah.
2- The statistically significant differences in the chemical sense of the student-teacher according to the sex variables (males, females).
3- The professional motivation of the student-teacher in the College of Education / University of Al-Qadisiyah.
4- Statistically significant differences in the chemical sense of the student-teacher according to the sex variables (males, females).
5- Correlational relationship between chemical sense and professional motivation for chemistry teachers.
To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the descriptive research method, and the research community was identified and its sample was selected: students – teachers in the College of Education / University of Qadisiyah, male and female (fourth stage) for the academic year (2020-2021) AD, and the research sample consisted of (200) students – Teachers in the College of Education / University of Al-Qadisiyah, with (87) males, and (113) females. The researcher built a measure of chemical sense and a measure of professional motivation and after verifying the psychometric properties, the two measures of research were applied to his sample represented by the student-teacher at the University of Qadisiyah – College of Education – Department of Chemistry. They have good professional motivation. In addition, there is no statistically significant difference according to the gender variable (male – female) due to the chemical sense variable and professional motivation, as well as there is a direct relationship between chemical sense and professional motivation of the student-teacher, that is, the greater the chemical sense, the greater their professional motivation In light of this, the researcher developed a set of recommendations and suggestions.
