تناول البحث إبراز الخطاب الاسلامي في ما يحث المرأة المسلمة في المشاركة في الحياة السياسية، وكما قمت بتوضيح معنى السياسة الشرعية، فمفهوم السياسة تطلق في اللغة بإطلاقات كثيرة ومعناها في جميع اطلاقها يدور على تدبير الشيء، والتصرف بما فيه صلاح الانسان، وأما تعريف السياسة الشرعية في اصطلاح الفقهاء ففيه أقوال متعددة ومنها: هو ما كان فعلا يكون معه الناس أقرب إلى الصلاح، وأبعد عن الفساد، وإن لم يضعه النبي (r) ولا نزل به وحي، ومن هذا المنطلق ومن مصلحة المرأة والمجتمع وجوب مشاركة المرأة المسلمة في الحياة السياسية وما ينبثق منها، فمن هذا التوضيح جاءت أهمية الموضوع وما تطرق اليه الباحث، وجاء البحث مقسما إلى مقدمة وتمهيد واربعة مباحث وخاتمة وقائمة بالمصادر، وتكلمت في المقدمة عن اختيار الموضوع وأهميته، وأما المباحث هي: المبحث الاول: حق وحدود مشاركة المرأة المسلمة في الحياة السياسية: وينقسم الى:
