الملخص:
هدف البحث الى التعرف على الدافعية المهنية لدى مدرسي الفيزياء في المرحلة الثانوية، تحدد مجتمع البحث بمُدرسي الفيزياء للمرحلة الثانوية في مديرية تربية كربلاء المقدسة وللعام الدراسي (2021- 2022) م، وتم اعتماد منهج البحث الوصفي لإجراءات البحث الحالي، وبلغ حجم عينة البحث (160) من مُدرسي الفيزياء للمرحلة الثانوية بواقع (80) مُدرساً و(80) مُدرسة، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتحقيقا لهدف البحث اعد الباحثان مقياس للدافعية المهنية، الذي تألف بصورته النهائية من (45) فقرة موزعة على (10) مجالات للدافعية المهنية، وتم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء للمقياس، وكذلك تم حساب قيمة معامل الثبات للمقياس باستعمال معامل ألفا كرونباخ الذي بلغت قيمته (0.89)، وأظهرت النتائج امتلاك مُدرسي الفيزياء في المرحلة الثانوية دافعية مهنية بمتوسط حسابي اعلى من المتوسط الفرضي، وفي ضوء النتائج خرج الباحثان بعدة توصيات ومقترحات.

Abstract:
The aim of the research is to identify the professional motivation of physics teachers in the secondary stage, The research community was determined by the physics teachers of the secondary stage in the Holy Karbala Education Directorate and for the academic year (2021-2022) AD.The descriptive research method was adopted for the current research procedures, and the size of the research sample(160) of the physics teachers for the secondary stage, consisting of (80) male and (80) female teachers, and they were chosen by the simple random method, In order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher prepared a scale for professional motivation, which in its final form consisted of (45) items distributed over (10) Areas of professional motivation, the value of the scales stability coefficient was also calculated using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, whose value was (0.87) and the results showed that secondary school physics teachers possess a professional motivation with an arithmetic mean higher than the hypothetical average, and in light of the results, the researcher came up with several recommendations and suggestions.
