السلطة في فكر الرسول (ص) بين الديني والسياسي مقاربة -سيوسولجية- تاريخية

يعد مفهوم السلطة من أكثر المفاهيم الثقافية التباساً بسبب تطوره السريع وبسبب تنوع المجالات التي يستخدم فيها، ولتعدد المنابع التي يستقي منها دلالته في كل مجال من هذه المجالات. والتجربة المدنية لدولة الرسول –ص- كانت تقوم على قوة الخطاب الديني، ولذا فعندما كان يتكلم –ص- فإنه يتكلم باسم الله بكلام منزل فوق الإنسانية، باعتباره  المبلغ المبشر والنذير – حسب التفسير القرآني – ولم يصبح قائداً سياسياً إلا بعد الهجرة وسياسياً بمعنى إدارة العدل، وكشفت السلطة السياسية الإسلامية عن طبيعتها وعناصرها الجوهرية في زمن الرسول  من خلال مجموعة من الوقائع والأحداث التاريخية التي مرت بها الجماعة السياسية الإسلامية الفتية ، ومن أهم هذه الأحداث وأكثرها دلالة في هذا السياق حدث الصحيفة الذي شكل حدثاً مرجعياً في سياق بناء الدولة الإسلامية ، وأحداث أخرى تتعلق بإدارة العلاقة مع المعارضين المحليين (اليهود والمنافقين).
وتجلت سلطة الرسول  إجمالاً في أمرين اثنين : الطابع المدني لغاياتها ومطالبها، وحدود ممارستها التي تحددها قدرات القائمين عليها وإمكاناتهم ومصادر فعلهم ، فميزها طبيعة القيم التي استندت عليها في طلبها للغايات التي جاءت من أجلها وفي مقدمتها كان (العدل – الذي هو أمر حيوي من أمور السلطة -) من خلال التعريف الإنساني له بأن الله يرث الأرض ومن عليها، حيث جردة من كل أشكال الميز والتفاوت التي حفلت بها ثقافة عصره، وخاصة ما يتعلق بالتمييز على أساس الجنس أو العرق والقبيلة أو الدين أو التركيبة الاجتماعية.

The authority of the Prophet in general was manifested in two things: the civil character of its aims and demands, and the limits of its practice, which are determined by the abilities of those who are based on them, their potentials and sources of action. They distinguished the nature of the values on which they were based in their request for the purposes for which they came, – through his human definition that God inherits the earth and its land, as it is an inventory of all the forms of discrimination and inequalities that have permeated the culture of his age, especially regarding discrimination on the basis of sex, race, tribe, religion or social structure.
