الكفايات التعليمية لدى مدرسي التربية الاسلامية

ترتبط نشأة وظهور حركة التربية على الكفايات باتجاهات التجديد التربوي التي شهدها هذا القرن والتي جاءت ردا لانتقاد البرامج التقليدية في التربية بوصفها لم تعد قادرة على تحقيق اهدافها والارتباط بحاجات الانسان المعاصر. وكان من جملة هذه الاتجاهات أتجاه التربية القائم على الكفايات وبناء البرامج التربوية والانتقال بالمتعلم من دور المتلقي الناقل للمعرفة والتراث الى دور الاداء المهني الحقيقي الذي يفرض لديه قدرا من السيطرة والتحكم والممارسة تحت مبدا المحاسبة والمسؤولية التي تمثل احدى حركات التربية القائمة على الكفايات، وقد ساعد نجاح هذه الحركة مداخل اخرى تتزامن معها في النشأة والظهور، وهكذا اصبحت حركة تربية المعلمين القائمة على الكفايات من ابرز ملامح التربية المعاصرة واكثرها شيوعا في الاوساط التربوية المهتمة بتربية المعلمين.
وتتطلب عملية التدريس كفايات متنوعة وعديدة يتوجب توافرها لدى المعلم، وهذه الكفايات يكتسبها المعلم خلال سنوات اعداده لهذه المهنة، وتستند في الوقت ذاته على مكونات شخصية وما يحمله من خصائص تشكل في مجملها وحدة متكاملة لتلك الشخصية.
وانطلاقا من هذه المكانة المهمة التي يتبؤها المعلم فهو المسؤول عن تحقيق واظهار اكتسابه لتلك الكفايات لضرورتها لفعالية التعلم وقد يكون له دور في تحديد هذه الكفايات المطلوبة وبناءاً على ذلك جاء عنوان هذا البحث (الكفايات التعليمية لدى مدرسي التربية الاسلامية) حيث يتكون البحث من مقدمة ومبحث اول يتضمن: مفهوم الكفاية لغةً واصطلاحاً ومبحث ثاني يتضمن مكونات الكفاية ومصادر اشتقاقها، اما المبحث الثالث فقد سلط فيه الضوء على انواع الكفايات التعليمية، والمبحث الرابع فقد تضمن الكفايات التعليمية اللازمة لمدرسي التربية الاسلامية.
ومن ثم ختمت الباحثة بخاتمة ذكرت فيه ملخص ما توصل اليه البحث من استنتاجات.

And many must be available to the teacher, and these competencies acquired by the teacher during the years of preparation for this profession, and based at the same time on the components of personality and the characteristics that constitute a whole unit of that personality.

The third topic highlighted the types of educational competencies. The fourth topic included the educational competencies required for teachers of Islamic education. The researcher then concluded with a conclusion in which she summarized the findings of the research.
