الملخص

ان الوعي ليس قائم بذاته بل يتشكل عبر عدد من المصادر تكونه الديناميكيات المؤسسية، ان هناك عنصرين اساسيان يرفدان في الوعي هو المعلم والمناهج الدراسية ، فهذا الخليط قادر على بناء وعي حقيقي وفعال وخاصة في المراحل العمرية الاولى من المدرسة ، فما يقدمه المعلم من ارشادات وسلوكيات واخلاقيات للطلبة، مع المناهج الدراسية التي تتضمن موضوعات عن القضايا الوطنية  الاجتماعية والاخلاقية التي تخص المجتمع مما يساهم في غرس وتكوين وعي حقيقي وفعال، ولكن في الوقت الحاضر نرى  ان التراجع الكبير للمؤسسة التربوية بشكل عام من الجامعة او المدرسة ، فلم يعد هنالك الوعي اخلاقي الذي يلزم الطالب والمدرس، فلم يعد هناك مسؤولية الأخلاقية والاجتماعية في تأدية الواجب.

Abstract:

Awareness is not self-contained, but is formed through a number of sources formed by institutional dynamics. There are two main elements that support awareness: the teacher and the curricula. This mixture is able to build real and effective awareness, especially in the early stages of school. The instructions, behaviors and ethics provided by the teacher For students, with curricula that include topics on national, social and ethical issues that pertain to society, which contributes to instilling and forming real and effective awareness, but at the present time we see that the great decline of the educational institution in general from the university or school, there is no longer the moral awareness that obligates the student And the teacher, there is no longer a moral and social responsibility in the performance of duty.
