الملخص

سلوك المساعدة لدى المرشدين التربويين

يستهدف البحث الحالي تعرف:

1. سلوك المساعدة لدى المرشدين التربويين.
2. الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في سلوك المساعدة لدى المرشدين التربويين تبعا لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي (ذكور، إناث).

وقد تحدد البحث الحالي بالمرشدين التربويين (ذكور- اناث) ممن هم ضمن الملاك الدائمي (الابتدائي- الثانوي) لمديرية تربية الديوانية، وفي محافظة الديوانية للعام الدراسي (2021-2022).

ولتحقيق أهداف البحث عمد الباحث إلى:

1. استخـدام المنهـج الوصفي للكـشف عن سلوك المساعدة.
2. بنـاء مقياس سلوك المساعدة بالاعتمـاد على نظرية التعلم الاجتماعي (Theory Social Learning) لألبرت باندورا (Albert Bandura) وتكون المقياس من مجالين (الذاتي، والاجتماعي) وبعد استكمال الخصائص السيكومترية تضمن المقياس (30) فقرة، موزعة على مجالين.

واستكمالاً لذلك قام الباحث بتطبيق المقياسين على عينة قوامها (300) مرشدٍ، ومرشدة في الأقسام الإدارية التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية الديوانية تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة على وفق الأسلوب المتناسب، وبعد جمع البيانات، ومعالجتها إحصائياً عن طريق الاستعانة بالحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS)) توصل البحث الى النتائج الآتية:

1. وجود سلوك مساعدة لدى المرشدين التربويين.
2. سلوك المساعدة لدى المرشدين التربويين الذكور أكثر منهُ عند الإناث.

وطبـقاً للنتائـج التي توصل إليها البحـث الحالي خرج الباحث بجمـلة من التوصيات، والمقترحات منها:

1- تضمين الندوات الشهرية التي يعقدها المرشدين التربويين بموضوعات عن سلوك المساعدة.

2- ترسيخ مفهوم سلوك المساعدة لدى الطلبة من قبل المرشدين التربويين، وايلاء المفهوم أهمية كبيرة.

3- عمل برنامج تدريبي لتطوير سلوك المساعدة لدى المرشدين التربويين.

4- إجراء دراسة عملية مماثلة للدراسة الحالية على مجتمع آخر مثل المعلمين أو المدرسين أو الطلبة.

Helping behavior of educational counselors

Abstract

The current research aims to know:

1. Helping behavior of educational counselors.
2. Statistically significant differences in the behavior of the educational counselors in the assistant behavior according to the non-social gender (males, females). The current research has identified educational counselors (males – females) who are within the permanent owners (primary – secondary) of the Diwaniyah Education Directorate, and in the Diwaniyah Governorate for the academic year (2021-2022). To achieve the research objectives, the researcher sought to:

Using the descriptive approach to detect helping behavior.

To complement that, the researcher applied the two scales to a sample of (300) male and female counselors in the administrative departments of the General Directorate of Diwaniyah Education were selected in a simple random way according to the proportional method, and after collecting data, and processing them statistically by using the Statistical Portfolio for Social Sciences (SPSS)). Search for the following results:

1. The presence of a helping behavior of educational counselors.
2. Male counselors have more helpful behavior than counselors.

According to the results of the current research, the researcher came up with a number of recommendations, including suggestions:

1- Include monthly seminars held by educational counselors with topics on helping behavior.

2- Consolidating the concept of helping behavior among students by educational counselors, and giving the concept great importance.

3- Conducting a training program to develop the helping behavior of educational counselors.

4- Conducting a practical study similar to the current study on another community, such as teachers, teachers or students.
