 *الملخص

تعد رحلة ابن جبير(ت 614ه/1217م) وابن بطوطة(ت771 هـ/1369م) من اهم الرحلات التي زارت مدن العراق ونقلوا لنا معلومات مهمة وقيمة عن جوانب مختلفة السياسية منها والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والعلمية،وزودونا بمعلومات دقيقة للمؤسسات العلمية التي كانت قائمة انذاك مثل الربط، والخوانق ،والزوايا، والمساجد الجامعة، والمدارس فضلا عن المجالس العلمية التي حضروها واستمتعوا بفقراتها العلمية وشاركوا في عدد منها ،مما يؤكد لنا ان معظم مدن العراق شهدت حياة علمية زاخرة انذاك وفي مختلف المراحل التاريخية على الرغم مما شهده العراق من اضطراب سياسي وعسكري في مراحل تاريخية متعاقبة.

واشار ابن بطوطة الى معلومات مهمة عن المدرسة النظامية في بغداد واهم النظم العلمية التي كانت متبعة فيها،فضلا عن المدرسة المستنصرية.

Scientific life in Iraq through the books of travelers

Abstract*

The journey of Ibn Jubayr (614 AH / 1217 AD) and Ibn Battuta (771 AH / 1369 AD) were among the most important trips that visited the cities of Iraq and provided important and valuable information about various political, economic, social and scientific aspects. And the mosques and universities, as well as the scientific councils that attended and enjoyed the scientific paragraphs and participated in a number of them, which confirms to us that most of the cities of Iraq have witnessed a scientific life at that time and in various stages of history.

Ibn Battuta referred to important information about the regular school in Baghdad and the most important scientific systems that were followed , as well as the Mustansiriya school.
