مستخلص البحث
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى:
1- الوصمة المدركة للمتعافين من جائحة كورونا لدى الهيئات التعليمية .
2- الفرق في العلاقة الارتباطية في الوصمة المدركة للمتعافين من جائحة كورونا لدى الهيئات التعليمية تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور –إناث) والبيئة (ريف -حضر ).
وقد اعتمدت الباحثتان على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي , وتحدد البحث الحالي بالهيئات التعليمية في المدراس التابعة لمديرية تربية محافظة النجف الأشرف للتعليم الحكومي والأهلي في ( المركز , والقضاء ,والناحية )وفي بيئة (الريف , والحضر ) للعام الدراسي 2021-2020, و بلغ حجم عينة البحث (400) معلماً ومعلمة, و تم أختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية التناسبية من مجتمع البحث.
ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثتان ببناء مقياس (للوصمة المدركة ) بالاعتماد على نظرية جوفمان (1963Goffman) ، وتكون مقياس الوصمة المدركة تكون من(30) فقرة ,ويحتوي على ثلاثة مجالات هي ( المجال المدرك – المجال الاجتماعي – المجال الأسري ),ويحتوي على أربعة مجالات هي :المجال الاول الاستمتاع – المجال الثاني القلق – المجال الثالث الغضب – المجال الرابع الملل) ,وقد تم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس من الصدق والثبات , حيث أستخرج الثبات بطريقتين هما اعادة الاختبار والفا كرونباخ , توصلت النتائج الى مايلي:
1 أن أفراد عينة البحث يتمتعون بوصمة مدركة بنسبة عالية نتيجة ادراكهم لمفهوم الذات السلبية الموصومة لديهم وانعكاس سلوكيات الآخرين عليهم ..
2- – توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية للوصمة المدركة لدى المتعافين من جائحة كورونا تبعاً لمتغير الجنس( ذكور – اناث ) ولصالح الاناث .
3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية للوصمة المدركة لدى المتعافين من جائحة كورونا تبعاً لمتغير البيئة (ريف – حضر ) ولصالح الريف .

Abstract
The current research aims to:
- The perceived stigma of those recovered from the CORONA pandemic in educational bodies.
- The difference in the correlation in the perceived stigma of corona pandemic recoverers in educational bodies depending on the transgender (male-female) and the environment (rif-hadar). The researchers relied on the descriptive curriculum, and the current research identifies the educational bodies in the schools of the Directorate of Education of Najaf governorate honorable for government and national education in (center, judiciary, district) and in the environment (rural, urban) for the academic year 2021-2020,and reached the size of the research sample(400)teachers, and were chosen in the proportional intent manner of the research community. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers built a scale (of perceived stigma) based on the Goffman theory (1963Goffman), and the measure of perceived stigma is from (30)paragraphs, and contains three areas (the aware field – the social field – the family field), and contains four areas: the first area enjoyment – the second area of anxiety – the third area anger – the fourth field boredom),and the characteristics of the scale ofhonesty have been verified Stability, where stability was extracted in two ways: retested and Alpha Kronbach, the results were as following:
- That the members of the research sample have a highly aware stigma as a result of their awareness of the concept of negative self stigmatized and reflect thebehaviors of others on them
- There are statistically significant differences in the stigma perceived in those recovering from the CORONA pandemic depending on the sex change (male-female) and for the benefit of females.
- There are statistically significant differences inthestigma perceived by those recovering from the CORONA pandemic depending on the environment change (rif-hadar) and for the benefit of the countryside.Keywords: The perceived stigma of those recovered from the Corona pandemic(19 Coved-)ineducational bodies .
