المواءمة بين مخرجات التعليم العالي ومتطلبات التنمية المستدامة في العراق

ملخص البحث:
يُعد التعليم من أهم روافد التنمية بالمجتمع في كافة المجالات، فالمجتمع الذي يُحسن تعليم وتأهيل أبنائه يساعد في توفير الموارد البشرية القادرة على تشغيل وإدارة عناصر التنمية، يساهم في بناء مجتمع قوي سليم يسوده الأمن الاجتماعي والاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي، ومن هنا يتبين أن هناك علاقة وثيقة بين التعليم والتنمية المستدامة في كافة المجالات الثقافية، والاقتصادية، والاجتماعية، والبيئية، ولا تستطيع التنمية ان تحقق أهدافها الا اذا توفرت القوى البشرية المدربة والمؤهلة، وبالتالي فإن التعليم يُعد الأساس في عملية التنمية المستدامة في المجتمع.
ويؤكد الخبراء والمختصون بأن إدارة التنمية المستدامة لا تتم الا من خلال المؤسسات التربوية وعلى رأسها الجامعات، وذلك بتفعيل وظائفها الرئيسية المتمثلة بالتدريس، والبحث العلمي، وخدمة المجتمع، ومن خلال ما تخرجه من أفواج قادرة على سد حاجات ومتطلبات المجتمع في كافة القطاعات.
وهذا ما دفع بالباحثة كونها تدريسية في الجامعة وفي نفس الوقت حاصلة على شهادة (TOT) مدرب تنمية بشرية من ألمانيا، للبحث في موضوع المواءمة بين مخرجات التعليم العالي ومتطلبات التنمية المستدامة، نظراً لأهمية مخرجات التعليم العالي من جهة ومتطلبات التنمية المستدامة التي أصبحت من مقتضيات العصر من جهة أخرى، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Abstract:
Education is one of the most important sources of development in society in all fields. A society that improves the education and rehabilitation of its children helps in providing human resources capable of operating and managing the elements of development. It contributes to building a healthy society with social security and political and economic stability. Education and sustainable development in all cultural, economic, social and environmental fields. Development can achieve its goals only if trained and qualified human resources are available. Education is therefore the basis for sustainable development in society.
The experts and specialists emphasize that the management of sustainable development is not only through educational institutions, especially the universities, by activating its main functions of teaching, scientific research, community service, and through its graduates able to meet the needs and requirements of society in all sectors.
This is what prompted the researcher to be a teacher at the university and at the same time she has a (TOT) certificate from a German human development coach to discuss the compatibility between the outputs of higher education and the requirements of sustainable development, in view of the importance of the outputs of higher education on the one hand and the requirements of sustainable development On the other hand, the study concluded a number of recommendations and proposals.
