ملخص البحث :

يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى جودة التعليم في المدارس الاهلية من وجهة نظر ملاكها التدريسي وعلى الدلالة الاحصائية لمستوى جودة التعليم في المدارس الاهلية من وجهة نظر ملاكها التدريسي بحسب نوع المدرسة (ابتدائي – ثانوي ) . ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم اختيار عينة مكونة من (92) مدرسة بواقع (46) مدرسة ابتدائية و(46) مدرسة ثانوية وتضم (1176) فرداً من الملاك التدريسي بواقع (747) معلم ومعلمة و(646) مدرس ومدرسة ، واعد الباحثون اداتاً لقياس جودة التعليم مكونة من (45) فقرة ، وتم التحقق من صدق الاداة باستخدام الصدق الظاهري والثبات بطريقة الاعادة واجراء التمييز باستخدام الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين واصبحت الاداة بصيغتها النهائية مكونة من (45) فقرة ، واستخدمت الباحثة النسب المئوية والاختبار الزائي للنسب كوسائل احصائية ، واظهرت النتائج ان مستوى جودة التعليم بالمدارس الاهلية تراوحت بين (متوسط-جيد) فضلاً عن ان المجال الثالث (الاهتمام بالطلبة ودعمهم) هو اضعف المجالات الخمسة للمدارس الابتدائية والثانوية ، وفي ضوء ما تم التوصل اليه من نتائج تم وضع عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

As Seen By Their Teachers, The Quality Of Education At Primary And Secondary Private Schools In The Centre Of Nineveh Governorate Based On School Kind.

Abstract:

The current research aimed to identify the level of education quality in private schools as seen by their teaching staff, as well as the statistical significance of that level of education quality in private schools as seen by their teaching staff based on the kind of school (primary-secondary). To meet the purpose of the research, a sample of (92) schools was chosen, consisting of (46) primary schools and (46) secondary schools, with a total of (1176) teaching staff members, including (747) male and female teachers and (646) male and female teachers. The researchers developed a technique to assess the quality of the education consists of (45) items, and the tool’s validity was confirmed using face validity and stability by repetition, as well as discrimination using the T-test for two separate samples. The quality of education in private schools ranged from (medium – good), with (attention to and help for students) being the worst of the five categories for primary and secondary schools. Based on these results, a number of suggestions and recommendations were made.
