الملخص:
هدف البحث إلى دراسة أثر مناهج كليات العلوم الإسلامية على مخرجات التعلم ومدى تلبيتها لاحتياجات سوق العمل. وذلك من خلال الإجابة على التساؤلات الاتية:
ما هو أثر التعلم في مناهج كليات العلوم الإسلامية في العراق؟
ما هي احتياجات سوق العمل في العراق؟
ما هي الفجوة بين متطلبات سوق العمل ومتطلبات مناهج كليات العلوم الإسلامية؟
ما هي التوصيات التي يمكن تقديمها لسد هذه الفجوة؟
يُعد هذا البحث مهمًا من عدة جوانب، منها:
- يساهم في دراسة أثر التعلم في مناهج كليات العلوم الإسلامية في العراق.
- يسلط الضوء على احتياجات سوق العمل في العراق.
- يكشف عن الفجوة بين متطلبات سوق العمل ومتطلبات مناهج كليات العلوم الإسلامية.
أنه يقدم توصيات لسد هذه الفجوة.
واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال جمع البيانات والمعلومات من مصادر مختلفة، مثل الدراسات السابقة، وتقارير الجهات المختصة.
خلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها: –
- هناك أثر إيجابي للتعلم في مناهج كليات العلوم الإسلامية في العراق، حيث يكتسب الطلبة من خلال هذه المناهج المعرفة والمهارات اللازمة لممارسة حياتهم العملية والاجتماعية.
- توجد فجوة بين متطلبات سوق العمل ومتطلبات مناهج كليات العلوم الإسلامية في العراق، حيث لا تركز هذه المناهج بشكل كافٍ على تنمية المهارات العملية والتواصلية التي يحتاجها الخريجون لسوق العمل.
بناءً على نتائج البحث، تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات ومنها:
- ضرورة إجراء إصلاحات في مناهج كليات العلوم الإسلامية في العراق لسد الفجوة بين متطلبات سوق العمل ومتطلبات هذه المناهج.
- التركيز على تنمية المهارات العملية والتواصلية في مناهج كليات العلوم الإسلامية.
- التعاون بين كليات العلوم الإسلامية وأصحاب العمل لتحديد احتياجات سوق العمل وتطوير المناهج وفقًا لهذه الاحتياجات.

The research aimed to study the impact of learning on the curricula of colleges of Islamic sciences in Iraq and the needs of the labor market. This is done by answering the following questions:
What is the impact of learning in the curricula of Islamic sciences colleges in Iraq?
What are the needs of the labor market in Iraq?
What is the gap between the requirements of the labor market and the requirements of the curricula of colleges of Islamic sciences?
What recommendations can be made to bridge this gap?
This research is important in several aspects, including:

The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach, by collecting data and information from various sources, such as previous studies and reports of competent authorities.

There is a positive impact of learning in the curricula of Islamic sciences colleges in Iraq, as students acquire through these curricula the knowledge and skills necessary to practice their professional and social lives.
There is a gap between the requirements of the labor market and the requirements of the curricula of colleges of Islamic sciences in Iraq, as these curricula do not focus sufficiently on developing the practical and communication skills that graduates need for the labor market.
Based on the research results, several recommendations were presented, including:
The necessity of carrying out reforms in the curricula of Islamic sciences colleges in Iraq to bridge the gap between the requirements of the labor market and the requirements of these curricula.
