اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة نحو العمل التطوعي في الجامعات – دراسة ميدانية-

الملخص
تتحدد مشكلة البحث الحالي في الإجابة على التساؤل الاتي:
– ما مستوى اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة نحو العمل التطوعي في الجامعات.
ومن خلال ما تقدم من أهمية البحث الحالي ارتأت الباحثة ضرورة التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة نحو العمل التطوعي في الجامعات، ويمكن أيجاز مسوّغات أهمية البحث بالنقاط الآتية :
1- أهمية الجامعة بكافة منتسبيها من ( الطلبه ، الكادر التدريسي ، الكادر الادراي ) في بناء المجتمع الذي يتطلب مواجهة هذا الخلل والبحث عن أسبابه ومصادره والعمل على تداركه .
2 – اهمية الشباب ودوره في خدمة المجتمع وبنائه .
3 – اهمية العمل التطوعي بشكل عام والعمل التطوعي داخل الجامعات بشكل خاص في خدمة قضايا اجتماعية ونفسيه وتربويه تخدم المجتمع وتنمي روح المواطنة لدى طلبتها .
ويستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة نحو العمل التطوعي في الجامعات .
ويتحدد البحث الحالي على طلبة الجامعة المستنصرية للدراسة الصباحية والمسائية، للكليات (الاداب، التربية، العلوم،الادارة والاقتصاد،القانون،الهندسة)،وللعام الدراسي(2017– 2018)، والبالغ عددهم(24333)طالب وطالبة.
وقامت الباحثة ببناء أداة البحث الحالي وتتمثل بـمقياس اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة نحو العمل التطوعي في الجامعات: اذ تم بناءه في ضوء الاستبيان المفتوح ونظرية آن رو ويتكون من ( 18 ) فقرة ، وتألفت عينة بناء المقياس وتطبيقه من ( 300 ) طالب وطالبة من طلبة الجامعة المستنصرية .
واتصف مقياس اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة نحو العمل التطوعي في الجامعات بالخصائص السيكومترية المتمثلة بالتمييز والصدق والثبات.
واستعملت الباحثة الحقيبة الإحصائية ( SPSS ) لتحليل البيانات .
وتوصلت الباحثة إلى نتيجة : ان طلبة المرحلة الجامعية لديهم اتجاهات ايجابيه نحو العمل التطوعي، اما فيما يخص اي فقرة اكثر حدة من غيرها فتتمثل بالفقرة (6)” يساهم العمل التطوعي في تعزيز الانتماء والولاء للوطن بين طلبة الجامعة ” اذ تمثل وزنها المرجح ووزنها المئوي على التوالي ( 26 , 2 ) ، ( 33 , 75 ) ، اما ادنى درجته فقد كانت من نصيب الفقرة ( 12 ) ” يساهم العمل التطوعي في جمع التبرعات للمؤسسات والاشخاص المحتاجين ” اذ تمثل وزنها المرجح ووزنها المئوي على التوالي ( 92 , 1 ) ، (89 , 63) .
وبناءاً على النتائج توصلت الباحثة إلى بعض الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات .

Abstract
The current research problem is determined by answering the following question:
– What is the level of university students’ attitudes toward volunteering in universities.
In this regard, the researcher considered the need to identify the attitudes of university students toward volunteer work in universities. The reasons for the importance of research can be summarized in the following points:
1 – The importance of the university with all its members (students, teaching staff, administrative staff) in building a society that requires confronting this imbalance and searching for its causes and sources and working to remedy it.
2 – The importance of youth and its role in the service and construction of society.
3 – The importance of volunteer work in general and volunteer work within the universities in particular in the service of social issues and psychological and educational service to the community and develop the spirit of citizenship at the student.
The current research aims to identify the attitudes of university students towards volunteering in universities.
The current research is based on the students of Mustansiriya University for morning and evening studies for the colleges (Arts, Education, Science, Administration and Economics, Law, Engineering) and for the academic year (2017-2018) of (24333) students.
The researcher built the current research tool and is a measure of the attitudes of university students towards volunteering in universities. It was built in the light of the open questionnaire and the theory of Anro, consisting of (18) paragraphs. The sample consisted of 300 students from Mustansiriya University.
The measure of the attitudes of university students toward volunteering in universities was characterized by the psychometric characteristics of discrimination, honesty and persistence.
The researcher used the statistical bag (SPSS) to analyze the data.
The researcher concluded that university students have positive attitudes towards volunteering, whereas in terms of any paragraph that is more severe than others, paragraph 6 “Volunteerism contributes to the promotion of belonging and loyalty to the country among the university students.” Its weighted weight and percentage (26, 2), (33, 75), and the lowest score was for paragraph 12, “Voluntary work contributes to the collection of donations to institutions and persons in need”, representing their weighted weight and percentage weight respectively (92, 1),(89, 63).
Based on the results, the researcher reached some conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
