استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة في ادارات المدارس الثانوية

الملخص :
نظرا للتطورات المتعاقبة على حياة البشرية ، فقد أصبح إلزاما على الإنسان أن يُحدث قطيعة بين الثقافة التقليدية والثقافة المعاصرة لمختلف أنماط حياته، وذلك بسبب العولمة والتطورات التكنولوجية التي صارت من أرقى المعارف العلمية التي اكتشفها الإنسان عبر العصور التاريخية والتي استطاعت بفضلها أن تصنع الإنسان الحديث ، بل صار عبداً لها وهو مخترعها ولأن معيار الفصل بين التقدم والتخلف هي التكنولوجيا، فقد سعت جميع الدول إلى استثمارها وادخالها في جميع جوانب الحياة ، والج ا زئر من بين الدول التي اهتمت بهذه التقنيات التكنولوجية والمحاولة كانت في القطاع التربوي ، وذلك من أجل تحسين ظروف منظومتها التربوية ، واعداد القدر الكافي من رأس المال البشري الذي يمكن استثماره في آجال بعيدة المدى، ولنجاح هذه المهمة فقد أوكلت المهمة إلى المؤسسات التربوية ، لأنها اللبنة الأولى التي تعتمد عليها الجهات العليا في تنفيذ خططها التربوية والتعليمية ،والادارة المدرسية واحدة من المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية التي لها علاقة مباشرة بهذه التقنيات ، من خلال استغلال الإمكانيات البشرية والمادية التي تطمح من خلالها تكوين اطارات ذوي كفاءة عالية ومؤهلات فنية ، تؤمن لهم الاندماج الاجتماعي، وتشكل الادارة المدرسية بمفهومها الشامل والمتكامل المدخل الرئيسي لتكوين المجتمع وتطويره وبلورة ملامحة في الحاضر والمستقبل معا ، وذلك عن طريق ضمان التطور السليم للامة في مسيرتها نحو اهدافها في التقدم وارقي في مختلف الميادين الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية والتكنولوجية ، والتي تعتبر اهم وسيلة لبناء الانسان المنتج والمبدع 0
وتُعد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات رمزاً للتقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي لهذا العصر ، فقد غزت الحياة العصرية واتسعت دائرة استخدامها، خاصةٍ وقد أصبح لها قدرة حتمية هائلة لمواجهة واقتحام مشاكل المجتمع المستعصية التي كانت تحتاج لجهود مضنية ووقت طويل للتغلب عليها بإتباع الطرق والأساليب التقليدية ،كما تعد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات أحد أهم الأساليب الحديثة التي يمكن استخدامها في إعداد وتنظيم وتقديم المقررات الدراسية بما يتناسب والأهداف التربوية من جهة والتقدم العلمي والتقني من جهة أخرى، من هنا فإن هناك ضرورة حتمية للتوسع في تجريب واستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تدريس المناهج الدراسية، وقياس أثر ذلك على تحقيق العديد من الأهداف التربوية والتعليمية. وللحديث عن الادارة المدرسية في هذه الدراسة يسعى الباحثان عن ثقافة ادارية جديدة بالإدارات التربوية في ظل هندرة تلك الادارات من اجل استقطاب تلك التغيرات ومعايشة الواقع العالمي الجديد ، وما اصعب هذا الواقع في ظل جو تسوده الاساليب الادارية التقليدية ومركزية القرارات والاهتمام بالأساليب والاهداف على حساب القائمين على العملية التعليمية من اعضاء هيئة التدريس والاداريين والخلط بين مفاهيم الولاء الشخصي والولاء المؤسسي وتعدد اجهزة واساليب الرقابة على العملية التعليمية التي تؤثر بطريقة سلبية على ثقافة الجودة في الادارات التربوية . ومما لاشك فيه ان تلك المشكلات مازالت تثقل كاهل العمل الاداري التربوي وتؤثر بدرجة كبيرة على منتج المؤسسات التعليمية وتعوق تطبيق الاساليب الادارية الحديثة كأسلوب الادارة بالأهداف والادارة بالمشاركة واسلوب ادارة الجودة الشاملة والتي تستهدف تجويد منتج المؤسسات التعليمية0ونتيجة لما سبق هدفت الدراسة على القاء الضوء في استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة في الادارة المدرسية من خلال الاجابة على الاسئلة التالية:
1- ما اهم تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات التي يمكن استخدامها في الادارة المدرسية ؟
