الملخص:
يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على:
1-مستوى اسلوب الكينونة التملك لدى اساتذة الجامعة.
2-الفروق في مستوى اسلوب الكينونة التملك لدى اساتذة الجامعة تبعا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور – اناث) والتخصص (علمي – انساني).
ولتحقيق اهداف البحث اعتمدت الباحثة على ما يأتي:
1-استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي في الكشف عن اسلوب الكينونة التملك وعلاقته بالاطمئنان الوجودي
2-بناء مقياس لأسلوب الكينونة التملك لدى اساتذة الجامعة وذلك اعتمادا على الأطر النظرية المتوفرة، وتألف المقياس في صورته النهائية بعد استكمال شروط الصدق والثبات والقوة التمييزية، من (45) فقرة توزعت على ست مجالات هي (قوة الأنا ،التفتح الذهني ،التجاوز، الأستقلالية ،الرضا عن النفس، الشعور بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية)
وببدائل اجابة (تنطبق علي بدرجة كبيرة، تنطبق علي بدرجة معتدلة، تنطبق علي بدرجة قليلة، لا تنطبق علي اطلاقا) واستكمالا لذلك تم تطبيق المقياسين على عينة قوامها (400)تدريسي وتدريسية في جامعة القادسية للعام الدراسي(2021-2022)ثم حللت البيانات بواسطة الحقيبة الأحصائية وكانت النتائج كما يأتي :
1-ان اساتذة الجامعة يظهر لديهم اسلوب الكينونة وبشكل كبير مع انخفاض في اسلوب التملك.
2-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في متوسطات اسلوب الكينونة –التملك تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تبعا لمتغير التخصص ولصالح التخصص العلمي.

Abstract:-
The aim of the current research is to identify the method of being possessive among university professors. The current research is determined by studying a variable (the method of being possessive) with an important segment of society in all faculties of the University of Al-Qadisiyah for the academic year (2021-2022) and the descriptive research method was adopted. The sample size was ( 400) teaching and teaching were chosen randomly. The researchers built a scale of the method of being possessive to achieve the objectives of the research, which in its final form reached 042) paragraphs, and the paragraphs were divided into six areas according to Erich Fromm’s theory. The apparent validity and construction validity of the scale were verified according to strength. Distinguishing the paragraphs as well as calculating the value of the stability coefficient using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, whose value reached (0.841 The research tool was applied and the data was statistically analyzed and processed using the (micosoft excel) program and the sspss statistical portfolio program. For the gender variable, while there are no statistically significant differences according to the scientific and humanitarian specialization, and based on the results that were reached, the researchers presented a number of recommendations, suggestions and keywords: the method of being possessive, university professors
