الملخص:
١-مستوى الأطمئنان الوجودي لدى اساتذة الجامعة .
٢-الفروق في مستوى الأطمئنان الوجودي لدى اساتذة الجامعة تبعا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور – اناث ) والتخصص (علمي –انساني).
ويتحد البحث الحالي بأساتذة جامعة القادسية وفقا لتغيري الجنس والتخصص (ذكور – اناث )( علمي – انساني )للعام الدراسي (2021-2022) م.
ولتحقيق اهداف البحث اعتمدت الباحثة على ما يأتي :
1-استخدام المنهج الوصفي الأرتباطي في الكشف عن اسلوب الكينونة التملك وعلاقته بالأطمئنان الوجودي
٢- تم بناء مقياس الأطمئنان الوجودي اعتمادا على نظرية لينغ وتألف المقياس بصورته النهائية من (35)فقرة وببدائل اجابة (تنطبق علي بدرجة كبير ة ، تنطبق علي بدرجة معتدلة ، تنطبق علي بدرجة قليلة ،لا تنطبق علي اطلاقا ).واستكمالا لذلك تم تطبيق المقياسين على عينة قوامها (400)تدريسي وتدريسية في جامعة القادسية للعام الدراسي(2021-2022)ثم حللت البيانات بواسطة الحقيبة الأحصائية وكانت النتائج كما يأتي :
١-ان اساتذة الجامعة ليس لديهم اطمئنان وجودي وربما يرجع ذلك لأسباب اجتماعية او اقتصادية او اكاديمية .
٢- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الأطمئنان الوجودي لدى اساتذة الجامعة تبعا لمتغير الجنس ومتغير التخصص العلمي .
وبناء على ذلك قدم الباحث عددا من الأستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات المناسبة .

Existential peace of university professors

Abstract
The aim of the current research is to identify the existential reassurance of university professors. The current research is determined by studying the variable (reassuring) of an important segment of society in all faculties of the University of Qadisiyah for the academic year (2021-2022) and the descriptive research method was adopted. The sample size was (400) teaching and teaching were chosen randomly. The researchers built a scale of the possessive entity style to achieve the objectives of the research, which in its final form amounted to _ (30) items. The items were divided into three areas according to Laing’s theory 11965 CE. As well as calculating the value of the reliability coefficient using the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, whose value amounted to (0.842). The research tool was applied and statistical analysis was conducted The data were processed and processed using the (micosoft excel) program, and the sspss statistical portfolio program, and the following results were reached that university professors do not feel existential reassurance and there are no statistically significant differences in the averages of existential reassurance among university professors according to the gender variable, while there are no significant differences Statistical significance according to the scientific and humanitarian specialization and based on the results that were reached, the researchers presented a number of recommendations, suggestions and keywords: existential reassurance, university professors.
