ملخص البحث
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على البراعة التنظيمية لمدرسي الفيزياء في المرحلة المتوسطة وعلاقتها بالتفكير التناسبي والتحصيل عند طلبتهم ، ومن اجل تحقيق اهداف البحث ، تكونت العينة الاساسية من (64) مدرس ومدرسة و (320) طالب وطالبة من طلبة الصف الثالث المتوسط للمرحلة المتوسطة ، للعام الدراسي (2023 – 2024) ، اعد الباحث ادوات بحثه : مقياس البراعة التنظيمية (20) فقرة ، اختبار تحصيل مادة الفيزياء(40) فقرة ، واختبار التفكير التناسبي(20) فقرة ، وتم ايجاد الصدق والثبات لكل منهما ، واستعمل الباحث الحزمة الاحصائية (SPSS22) لمعالجة البيانات التي حصل عليها بعد تطبيق ادوات بحثه ، اذ اظهرت النتائج : ان مستوى مدرسي الفيزياء بالبراعة التنظيمية اقل من المستوى المطلوب ، تحصيل طلبتهم اعلى من الوسط الفرضي، ان مستوى التفكير التناسبي اقل من الحد الادنى للمستوى المطلوب امتلاكه عند طلبة الصف الثالث المتوسط ، وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة قوية بين البراعة التنظيمية والتحصيل الدراسي، وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة قوية بين البراعة التنظيمية والتفكير التناسبي ، وقد اوصى الباحث جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

The Organizational Ingenuity of physics Teachers in the Intermediate stage and its relationship to proportional thinking and achievement among their students

Abstract :
The current research aims to identify the organizational Ingenuity of physics teachers in the intermediate stage and its relationship to proportional thinking and achievement among their students. In order to achieve the research objectives, the basic sample consisted of (64) male and female teachers and (320) male and female students from the third middle grade of the intermediate stage, for the academic year. (2023 – 2024), the researcher prepared his research tools: the Organizational Proficiency Scale (20 items), the Physics Achievement Test (40 items), and the Proportional Reasoning Test (20 items), and validity and reliability were found for each of them, and the researcher used the statistical package (SPSS22). To process the data he obtained after applying his research tools, the results showed: that the level of physics teachers in organizational prowess is less than the required level, the achievement of their students is higher than the hypothesized mean, the level of proportional thinking is less than the minimum level required to be possessed by third-year intermediate students, and the presence of There is a strong positive correlation between organizational ambidexterity and academic achievement, and there is a strong positive correlation between organizational ambidexterity and proportional thinking. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations and proposals.
