يهدف البحث الى بيان سلبيات السكن العشوائي على النظام الحضري للمدينه لاهميه النظام الحضري بأعتبارة المحرك الديناميكي للمدينه ضمن المنظومه الحضرية ،حيث ان المدينة تتكون من عناصر مهمة هي التوزيع الأمثل لاستعمالات الأرض المتنوعة وهذه الاستعمالات تتوزع وفق معايير تتلائم مع الظروف المكانية والجغرافيه والخصائص الطبيعية والمناخية كما انها في تطور مستمر يجب ان يتلائم والتطورات التكنولوجيا والمعلوماتية لأنها تحتضن عنصر الحياة الأساس والمهم وهو الإنسان لأنه هو الذي نظمها وخطط لها ثم نفذها وطورها .
لذلك الإنسان في حالة حركة مستمرة نحو الأفضل والأجمل والأكثر اطمئنانا وراحه من خلال جعل العلاقة التبادلية والتفاعلية بين الاستعمالات المختلفة للأرض ضمن الحدود والمعايير التخطيطية المعتمدة لأنه يأمل من خلالها أن تحيا المدينة وتكون كيانا حيويا فاعلا ومتجددا ومتطورا ضمن منظومه المدينه الحضريه والذي يضم عدد من الانظمه الحضرية وتعتبر الشريان المدينه ،ونجد أن هذا الحال اخذ يتفاقم في مدننا إذ الخلل والنقص الواضح في الاستعمال السكني بأنواعه وكذلك عدم مواكبة منظومة النقل (خدمات النقل المختلفة ) للنمو السكاني والاقتصادي وكذلك التوسع العمراني وبسبب ذلك أخذت تنتشر وبصورة مذهلة وبشكل تجمعات وأحياء مناطق السكن العشوائي لسد الحاجة الملحة للسكن ..فضلا عن التجاوزات الأخرى للإشارة… لذلك أخذت هذه المناطق العشوائية بالانتشار داخل المدن ضمن الاستعمالات العامة المتروكة الغير منفذة وأكثر من ذلك أخذت تنتشر على شكل أحياء وبنظام بلوكات سكنية تتخللها شوارع طولية غير مستقيمة ولا مصممة في حافات الأحياء السكنية وعلى الاطراف ضمن حدود المخططات الأساسية وخارجها أيضا مسببة بهذا الانتشار الى تاثير سلبي على النظام الحضري للمدينه .
