الملخص
أستهدف البحث الحالي تعرف:
1- الشعور بالخذلان لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية .
2- دلالة الفرق الإحصائي في الشعور بالخذلان لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية على وفق متغير الجنس (الذكور, الإناث).
- ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمد الباحثان على ما يأتي:
- استخدام (المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي) للكشف عن الشعور بالخذلان.
- لعدم وجود مقياس عربي أو محلي معد لقياس هذا المتغير – على حد علم الباحث – وعدم تمكنه من الحصول على مقياس أجنبي يتلاءم مع كل من مجتمع هذا البحث , و أهدافه ارتأى الباحثان ببناء مقياس لقياس المتغير المذكور آنفاً لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية, وتألف المقياس في صورته النهائية بعد استكمال القوة التميزية والاتساق الداخلي و شروط الصدق والثبات من (30) فقرة.
واستكمالاً لذلك قام الباحثان بتطبيق المقياس على عينة مكونة من (19) مدرسة بالطريقة العشوائية وبالأسلوب المتناسب بلغت(338) مدرس ومدرسة في محافظة بابل , بواقع (162) مدرس و (176) مدرسة .
وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائياً بالاستعانة بالحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)
توصلت نتائج البحث الى :
– أن مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية لديهم شعور بالخذلان.
– هناك فرق بين مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية من (الذكور , الإناث) في الشعور بالخذلان ولصالح الذكور.
واستكمالاً للنتائج التي توصل إليه البحث أوصى الباحثان بتوصيات ومقترحات عدة.

Abstract:
The current research aims to identify:
1- Feeling of disappointment among secondary school teachers.
2- Significance of the statistical difference in feeling of disappointment among secondary school teachers according to the gender variable (males, females).
To achieve the research objectives, the researchers relied on the following:
1- Using (the descriptive correlational approach) to detect feeling of disappointment.
2- Due to the lack of an Arab or local scale prepared to measure this variable – to the best of the researcher’s knowledge – and his inability to obtain a foreign scale that is compatible with both the community of this research and its objectives, the researchers decided to build a scale to measure the aforementioned variable among secondary school teachers.
The scale in its final form, after completing the discriminating power, internal consistency, and conditions of validity and reliability, consisted of (30) paragraphs.
To complete this, the researchers applied the scale to a sample of (19) schools using the random method and the proportional method, amounting to (338) male and female teachers in Babil Governorate, with (162) male teachers and (176) female teachers.
After collecting the data and processing it statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), the research results reached:
– Secondary school teachers have a feeling of disappointment.
– There is a difference between secondary school teachers (males, females) in the feeling of disappointment in favor of males.
In completion of the results reached by the research, the researchers recommended several recommendations and suggestions.
