العمل التطوعي ودوره في تنمية الشباب وزرع روح المحبة والتسامح بينهم

الملخص
لقد اكد اسلامنا المحمدي على اهمية العمل التوعي في عدة آيات من القرآن الكريم ، وعده خدمة إنسانية وطنية تهدف إلى حماية الوطن والمجتمع من أي خطر مصداقاً لقوله تعالى : (وتعاونوا على البر والتقوى ولا تعاونوا على الاثم والعدوان) المائدة:2 ولا غرابة ان بعض الدول تعتبر العمل التطوعي إلزامياً للذين لا تنطبق عليهم شروط الخدمة العسكرية ممن هم في سن 20-60 سنة. وان المتطوع هو الشخص الذي يسخر نفسه عن طواعية، ودون إكراه أو ضغوط خارجية لمساعدة ومؤازرة الآخرين او حماية بيضة الاسلام والوطن بقصد القيام بعمل يتطلب الجهد ابتغاء لوجه الله وهو خير معين، فالمسلم يلجأ إلى ربه دائمًا يطلب منه النصرة والمعونة في جميع شؤونه ،وحينما يتعاون المسلم مع أخيه يزيد جهدهما، فيصلا إلى الغرض بسرعة وإتقان؛ لأن التعاون يوفر في الوقت والجهد، لقال النبي محمد صلى الله عليه واله وسلم : ((مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي تَوَادِّهِمْ وَتَرَاحُمِهِمْ وَتَعَاطُفِهِمْ مَثَلُ الْجَسَدِ؛ إِذَا اشْتَكَى مِنْهُ عُضْوٌ تَدَاعَى لَهُ سَائِرُ الْجَسَدِ بِالسَّهَرِ وَالْحُمَّى)) .
وقد جعل الله التعاون فطرة في جميع مخلوقاته، حتى في أصغرهم حجمًا، كالنحل والنمل وغيرها من الحشرات، فنرى هذه المخلوقات تتحد وتتعاون في جمع طعامها، وتتحد كذلك في صد أعدائها. والإنسان أولى بالتعاون لما ميزه الله به من عقل وفكر، وإن العصر الذي نعيشه عصر من نوع جديد ، ينتقل فيه العالم من السلطة الهرمية المطلقة إلى أساليب جديدة تفاوضية أفقية وليس عمودية ، أكثر تحضرا وأشد تعقيداً ، اذ لا يمكن أن تقوم الدولة بجميع أشكال الفعل العام ، لذا فهي في حاجة إلى ثقافة جديدة ، تعمل على تفعيل أدوار المواطنين والمجتمعات والتجمعات التطوعية في الدولة ، وهذا ما أسماه الباحثون الطريق الثالث ، الذي يقوم على التكافل الاجتماعي وقيم المبادرة الفردية والجماعية ،او بذل مالي أو عيني أو بدني أو فكري يقدمه الموطن عن رضا وقناعة، بدافع من دينه، ووطنيته بدون مقابل بقصد الإسهام في مصالح معتبرة شرعاً، يحتاج إليها قطاع من الجماهير ،وهو كذلك خدمة إنسانية وطنية تهدف إلى حماية الوطن وأهله من أي خطر، وفق ضوابط التخطيط الذي يشمل المعاير والاهداف وتطوير الاجراءات والقواعد وصيانة الخطط والتنبؤ بالأحداث المستقبلية ،ويعد العمل التطوعي وحجم الانخراط فيه رمزاً من رموز الوطنية وتقدم الأمم وازدهارها، فالأمة كلما ازدادت في التقدم والرقي، ازداد انخراط مواطنيها في أعمال التطوع الخيري وهذا ما كان جليا حينما شمر ابناء شعبنا ملبين فتوى مراجعنا العظام بالجهاد والمشاركة بالحشد الشعبي والذي يعد اسمى انواع العمل التطوعي، كما يعد الانخراط في العمل التطوعي مطلب من متطلبات الحياة المعاصرة التي أتت بالتنمية والتطور السريع في كافة المجالات ،والاهمية العمل التطوعي ، دار بحثنا على ثلاثة محاور هي:-
المحور الاول/مفهوم العمل التطوعي بالمنظور الاسلامي.
المحور الثاني/معوقات العمل التطوعي التربوي.
المحور الثالث/ اهمية العمل التطوعي في تنشئة الشباب.
