الملخص:
القرار الأخلاقي: جزءاً من الحياة اليومية في المدارس؛ لأنّها منظومة تربوية وأخلاقية، وإنّ هذه القرارات تحدّد القيم الشخصية والنّفسية والمهنية والأخلاقية لكوادر العملية التعليمية الذين يقع على عاتقهم إصدار قرار أخلاقي، ويلاحظ على المدرسين والمعلمين الذين يعانون من انخفاض الاتزان الانفعالي أنّهم يتخذون قرارات خاطئة.
يستهدف البحث الحالي تعرّف على:
- القرار الأخلاقي لدى أعضاء الهيأة التعليمية.
- دلاله الفروق في القرار الأخلاقي لدى أعضاء الهيأة التعليمية تبعا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور_ اناث) وسنوات الخدمة (الى 4 ، 5 الى 9 ، 10 فاكثر سنة) .
منهجية البحث تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي الدراسة الارتباطية، ويتكون المجتمع الإحصائي للبحث الحالي من أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية للمراحل الابتدائية والمتوسطة والاعدادية ومن الذكور والاناث للعام الدراسي ( 2022-2023 ), والبالغ عددهم (20093) معلم ومعلمة ومدرس ومدرسة، يعملون في مدارس محافظة الديوانية والبالغ عددها (1104), منها (757) مدارس ابتدائية، ومنها(347) مدارس ثانوية , وبلغ مجموع أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في المرحلة الابتدائية (11997) معلم ومعلمة وبنسبة (59.71%), فيما بلغ مجموع أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في المرحلة الثانوية (8096) مدرس ومدرسة (40.29%) وكان مجموع الإناث من أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية يساوي (11702) عضوة وبنسبة (58%)، وبلغ مجموع الذكور (8391) عضو وبنسبة (42%)، وبناءً على ما تقدم فقد تم اختيارها بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية المتناسبة (Stratified Sample Proportional Random). اختارت (600) عضوا وعضوة من أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية وبنسبة (2.99%) من مجتمع البحث, وبواقع (251) عضوا و(349) عضوة, وقد كانت نسبة الذكور (42%) من العينة ونسبة الإناث (58%)، وقامت الباحثة ببناء اداتين واحدة للإقرار الأخلاقي والثانية للتحكم المعرفي والتي تم تناول بالتفصيل في الفصل الثالث.
النتائج:
1ـ ان عينة البحث لديها قرار أخلاقي.
2ـــ لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين المعلمين والمعلمات من حيث (الجنس_ الخدمة_ الوظيفة).
الاستنتاجات:
1ـ ان هذه نتيجة تدل على قوه الشخصية للأفراد أعضاء الهيئة التعليمة وقوة الجوانب المعرفية ومدى تمسكهم في القوانين والمبادئ الاخلاقية.

Abstract:
The ethical decision of the members of the teaching staff
Moral decision: part of everyday life in schools; Because it is an educational and ethical system, and these decisions determine the personal, psychological, professional and ethical values of the cadres of the educational process who are responsible for issuing an ethical decision, and it is noticed that teachers and teachers who suffer from low emotional balance take wrong decisions.
The current research aims to identify:
- The ethical decision of the members of the educational staff.
- Significance of differences in the moral decision of the members of the educational staff according to the variables of sex (male-female) and years of service (up to 4, 5 to 9, 10 years and more).
Research methodology The descriptive approach was used Correlative study, and the statistical community for the current research consists of members of the educational staff for the elementary, intermediate and preparatory stages, males and females for the academic year (2022-2023), and their number is (20093) male and female teachers, teachers and schools, working in the schools of Diwaniyah Governorate, which number (1104), including (757) primary schools, including (347) secondary schools, and the total members of the teaching staff at the primary stage reached (11997) male and female teachers, with a rate of (59.71%), while the total members of the teaching staff at the secondary stage reached (8096) teachers And a school (40.29%), and the total number of female members of the educational staff was equal to (11702) members, at a rate of (58%), and the total number of males was (8391) members, at a rate of (42%). Based on the above, they were selected using the Stratified Sample Proportional Random). She chose (600) male and female members of the educational staff, with a rate of (2.99%) of the research community, with (251) members and (349) female members, and the percentage of males was (42%) of the sample and the percentage of females was (58%), and the researcher built Two tools, one for moral validation and the other for cognitive control, which are discussed in detail in Chapter Three.
results:
1- The research sample has an ethical decision.
2- There are no statistically significant differences between male and female teachers in terms of (sex, service, job).
Conclusions:
1- This is a result that indicates the personal strength of the members of the educational body, the strength of the cognitive aspects, and the extent of their adherence to laws and moral principles.
