الملخص:
يهدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على مستوى الكفاءة المهنية لدى مدرِّسي ومدرسات الفيزياء للمرحلة الثانوية، والتعرف على الفروق في الكفاءة المهنية لدى مدرِّسي الفيزياء وفق متغير الجنس( ذكرـ انثى )، وتحدد البحث بمدرِّسي ومدرِّسات علم الفيزياء للمرحلة الثانوية ضمن مديرية التربية في محافظة بابل ، وللعام الدراسي 2021 ــ 2022 وتم اعتماد منهج البحث الوصفي، وبلغ حجم عينة البحث (172 ) مدرِّساً ومدرِّسة لمادة الفيزياء للمرحلة الثانوية، حيث تم اختيارهم عشوائياً.
واعدت الباحثة مقياساً للكفاءة المهنية الذي تألف من جزأين، الجزء الأول يتضمن بطاقة ملاحظة اداء مدرسي الفيزياء المكونة من(26) فقرة خاصة بمجال الأداء، والجزء الثاني يتضمن استبانة مكونة من (19) فقرة موزعة على اربع مجالات( المعرفية ـ الشخصية ـ الاجتماعية ـ الإنتاجية )، حيث اعتمدت الباحثة تصنيف ( الأسدي واخرون، 2016) لمجالات الكفاءة المهنية ، وتم التحقق من صدق أداة الدراسة وثباتها بالطرق المناسبة. وقد تم تطبيق أداة البحث في العام الدراسي( 2021 ــ 2022 ) وأجري التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات ومعالجتها بالاستعانة ببرنامج Microsoft Excel وبرنامج الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، إذ استعملت معادلة t-test لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين، وتم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: 1 ــ امتلاك مدرِّسي علم الفيزياء مستوى عالٍ من الكفاءة المهنية .
2 ــ لا يوجد فرق بين مدرسي ومدرسات علم الفيزياء في مستوى امتلاكهم للكفاءة المهنية.
وبناءً على النتائج تقدمت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Professional non-professional physics teachers for the secondary stage

Abstract
The research aims at Identifying the level of skill proficiency among teachers of Physics in the secondary phase and Identifying differentiations in the professional competency of teachers of physics according to gender variable (male- female), The research is delimited to male-female teachers of Physics in the secondary phase in the Babylon general directorate of Pedagogy for the academic year (2021-2022). The descriptive research method is adopted, and the size of the research sample reaches to (172) male and female secondary school teachers, who are selected randomly, The researcher prepared a test of professional competency, the first part includes a note card for the performance teachers of physics consisting of (26) items dealing with the scope of the research. The second part contains (19) items distributed over four domains (Cognitive, personal, social, productive). The researcher adopts the manufacture of (Al-Asadi et al., 2016) of the areas of professional competency, and according to the suitable methods, the validity and reliability are achieved. The search tool is applied in the year (2021- 2022) and the statistical analysis is done to data and then data manipulated using Microsoft Excel program and statistic bag program SPSS for social sciences. T-test equation and that of are used to analyse one of the sample and for two independent samples, , and the study brings the following conclusions:
- Teachers of Physics have a high level of professional competency.
2 – There is no difference in the professional competency of teachers of physics according to gender variable (male- female)
