الوعي بمهارات الانضباط الايجابي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال

استهدف البحث الحالي قياس الوعي بمهارات الانضباط الايجابي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث الحالي في الإجابة عن التساؤل الآتي: ماهو مستوى الوعي بمهارات الانضباط الايجابي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال؟ وللإجابة عن هذا التساؤل استخدمت الباحثة عينة حجمها (300) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية، وتكونت أداة البحث من مقياس الوعي بمهارات الانضباط الايجابي الذي أعدته الباحثة وتكون من أربعة مهارات أساسية هي: تحديد الأهداف بعيدة المدى، وتوفير الدفء والبنية، وفهم كيفية التفكير والشعور لدى الأطفال، وحل المشاكل، وتشتمل كل مهارة من هذه المهارات على فقرات بلغت في مجملها (58) فقرة، وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية: معامل ارتباط بيرسون، والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين غير متساويتين، والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، ومعادلة الفا كرونباخ، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى وجود مستوى مقبول من الوعي بمهارات الانضباط الايجابي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
Awareness of positive discipline skills for Kindergartens Teachers
Abstract:
Current search measuring Awareness of positive discipline skills of Kindergartens teachers, and the problem with the current research to answer the following question: What is the level of Awareness positive discipline skills among Kindergartens teachers? To answer this question, the researcher used a sample size of (300) teachers from kindergarten, and formed the search tool of the scale of positive discipline skills which was prepared by the researcher and be one of the four basic skills are: to identify long-term goals, providing warmth and structure, understanding how thinking and feeling in children, problem solving, and include all the skill of these skills on the vertebrae totaled (58) items, were used the following statistical methods: Pearson correlation coefficient, and (t-test), the researcher found the presence of Awareness discipline skills positive among students of the kindergarten teachers, the study found a number of recommendations and suggestions.
