الملخص
تثير ازمة الامن الوطني العراقي بعد العام ۲۰۱٤ الركن الاساس في المحافظة على كيان الدولة ومقدراتها، وتحديد مكانتها في توازن العلاقات، فضلا عن سيادتها وحقوق وكرامة الوطن والمواطن. ونظراً لما يتمتع به العراق من مكانة تاريخية وحضارية وموقع جيوستراتيجي مهم، وما يلعبه من دور في اقتصاديات المنطقة، أصبح موضع اهتمام العديد من الدول التي تسعى لاستغلال امكانياته والسيطرة على موارده. وبعد الاحتلال الامريكي للعراق، أصبح واقع الامن الوطني امام تحديات متنوعة وخصوصا حالة اللاتوازن وعدم الاستقرار مما انعكس سلبا على الواقع العراقي وعلى برامج التنمية وعلى المستقبل السياسي للعراق.

Abstract
The Iraqi national security crisis after 2014 raises the cornerstone of preserving the state’s entity and capabilities, and determining its place in the balance of relations, as well as its sovereignty and the rights and dignity of the nation and the citizen. Given Iraq’s historical and cultural status and important geostrategic location, and the role it plays in the region’s economies, it has become the subject of interest for many countries seeking to exploit its potential and control its resources. After the American occupation of Iraq, the reality of national security faced various challenges, especially the state of imbalance and instability, which negatively affected the Iraqi reality, development programs, and the political future of Iraq.
