تقويم المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في الجامعات العراقية وفق معايير الجودة في التعليم الإلكتروني

الملخص:

هدف البحث الحالي الى تعرف:

1-مدى تحقق معايير جودة المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية بشكل عام.

2-  دلالة الفروق لمدى تحقق معايير جودة المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية بشكل عام على وفق متغير التخصص الاكاديمي (علمي- انساني)، ومتغير سنوات الخبرة (الخدمة) (اقل من عشرة سنوات- اكثر من عشرة سنوات).

3-  مدى تحقق معايير جودة المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية حسب المعايير والمؤشرات بشكل عام.

4-  مدى تحقق معايير جودة المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية حسب المعايير والمؤشرات للتخصص العلمي.

5-  مدى تحقق معايير جودة المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية حسب المعايير والمؤشرات للتخصص الانساني.

6-  مدى تحقق معايير جودة المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية حسب المعايير والمؤشرات لسنوات الخبرة (اقل من عشرة سنوات).

7-  مدى تحقق معايير جودة المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية حسب المعايير والمؤشرات لسنوات الخبرة (اكثر من عشرة سنوات).

وتحدد البحث بتدريسيي جامعتي القادسية والكوفة للعام الاكاديمي 2021- 2022، وبلغ حجم العينة الاساسية (400) تم اختيارها عشوائيا، واعتمد الباحث على منهج البحث الوصفي، ولتحقيق اهداف البحث تم اعداد قائمة بمؤشرات معايير تقويم المنصات التعليمية الالكترونية، وتألفت بصيغتها النهائية من (32) مؤشر موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، وبعد تطبيق أداة البحث واستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية الملائمة على وفق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(SPSS)، تم التوصل إلى تحقق معايير الجودة بشكل عام في المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين التخصصين (العلمي والانساني)، وبين سنوات الخبرة (اقل من عشرة سنوات واكثر من عشرة سنوات، وان التفاعل بين المتغيرين على وفق التفاعلات الثنائية لأداة البحث لا يرقى الى مستوى الدلالة المعنوية، وبنفس نتائج المؤشرات بشكل عام وللتخصص العلمي وللتخصص الإنساني، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدم الباحث مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات.

“ Evaluation of electronic educational platforms in Iraqi universities according to quality standards in e-learning”

Abstract

This research aims to :

1. Check the quality standards of e- educational platforms in general manner.
2. The significance of the differences achieves the quality standards of e- educational platforms in general manner, according to:

• The variable of academic specialization:
• Scientific – humanitarian.
• Variable years of service experience: less than ten years.
• Variable years of service experience: more than ten years).

3. The extent to which the quality standards of e-educational platforms are achieved according to the standards and indicators in general manner.
4. The extent to which the quality standards of e-educational platforms are achieved according to the standards and indicators of the scientific specialization.
5. The extent to which the quality standards of e-educational platforms are achieved according to the standards and indicators of humanitarian specialization.
6. The extent to which the quality standards of e-educational platforms are achieved according to the standards and indicators for years of experience (less than ten years).
7. The extent to which the quality standards of e-educational platforms are achieved according to the standards and indicators for years of experience (more than ten years).

This research was determined by the teaching staff of  Al-Qadisiyah and Al-Kufa universities for the academic year 2021-2022. The size of the basic sample was (400) selected randomly, and the researcher relied on the descriptive research method. An indicator distributed over three areas, and after applying the research tool and using appropriate statistical methods according to the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), the following results were reached Quality standards are generally achieved in e-educational platforms, and there are no statistically significant differences between the two disciplines (scientific and humanitarian), and between years of experience (less than ten years and more than ten years, and the interaction between the two variables according to the bilateral interactions of the research tool does not rise to the level of the moral significance.

According to the research results, the researcher presented a set of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
