الملخص:
يهدف البحث الحالي الى تقويم مستوى الاداء التدريسي لمدرسي مادة الفيزياء وفق مهارات التدريس الالكتروني وعلاقته بمستوى تحصيل طلبتهم، ومن اجل تحقيق هدف البحث اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي من خلال اطلاعها على الادبيات والدراسات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث، وحدد البحث عينة من مُدرسي الفيزياء قوامهم (31) مُدرس وطلبتهم من الصف الرابع العلمي الذكور الذين يَدرسون في المدارس الاعدادية والثانوية للبنين التابعة لمديرية تربية ذي قار/ الشطرة للعام الدراسي(2021-2022) قوامهم (340) طالب، ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعدت الباحثة ثلاث ادوات متمثلة اولاً ببطاقة ملاحظة لتقويم اداء مدرسي الفيزياء وفق مهارات التدريس الالكتروني داخل الصف وتكونت من(68) فقرة موزعه على ست مهارات حيث شملت مهارة التخطيط للتدريس الالكتروني(11) فقرة، و مهارة استخدام ادوات التدريس الالكتروني (17) فقرة، و مهارة استخدام مصادر التدريس الالكتروني (9) فقرة، و مهارة استخدام استراتيجيات التدريس الالكتروني( 9) فقرة، و مهارة تنظيم بيئة التدريس الالكتروني (12) فقرة، و مهارة التقويم الالكتروني (10) فقرة, واجمع المحكمين والمختصين على صدقها وثباتها والتعديل عليها وخرجت بصورتها النهائية، ثانياً استمارة استبيان لقياس أداء مُدرسي الفيزياء وفق مهارات التدريس الالكتروني خارج الصف وتكون الاستبيان من (42) فقرة وتم التأكد من صدقة وثباته، ثالثاً اختبار التحصيل وتكون من (40) فقرة موضوعية من نوع الاختيار من متعدد وفق الخارطة الاختبارية (جدول المواصفات) وتم التأكد من صدقه وثباته وخصائصه السيكو مترية.
تم الاستعانة بمجموعة من الوسائل الاحصائية منها معادلة اختبار t-test لعينة واحدة والمتوسطات الحسابية والفرضية ودرجةz)) لاستجابات المُدرسين لمهارات التدريس الالكتروني، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعامل التحديد في معرفة العلاقة بين الاداء التدريس لمُدرسي الفيزياء وفق مهارات التدريس الالكتروني وتحصيل الطلبة، وتوصل البحث الى عدد من النتائج والتوصيات .

Evaluate the level of teaching performance of physics teachers according to the skills of electronic teaching and its relationship to the level of achievement of their students

Abstract :
The current research aims to evaluate the level of teaching performance of physics teachers according to the skills of electronic teaching and its relationship to the level of achievement of their students. And their students from the fourth scientific grade, males who study in preparatory and secondary schools for boys affiliated with the Directorate of Education of Dhi Qar / Shatrah for the academic year (2021-2022), consist of (340) students. Electronic teaching in the classroom and it consisted of (68) paragraphs distributed over six skills, which included the skill of planning for electronic teaching (11) paragraph, the skill of using electronic teaching tools (17) paragraphs, the skill of using electronic teaching resources (9) paragraph, and the skill of using electronic teaching tools (9) paragraphs. E-teaching strategies (9) paragraphs, the skill of organizing the e-teaching environment (12) paragraphs, and the electronic evaluation skill (10) paragraphs, and the arbitrators and specialists unanimously agreed on its validity, stability and amendment. And it came out in its final form, secondly, a questionnaire form to measure the performance of physics teachers according to the skills of electronic teaching outside the classroom, and the questionnaire consisted of (42) paragraphs, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. Specifications) and its validity, stability and psychometric properties were confirmed.
A set of statistical methods were used, including one-sample t-test equation, arithmetic averages, hypothesis, and degree z) of teachers’ responses to electronic teaching skills, Pearson correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination in knowing the relationship between teaching performance of physics teachers according to electronic teaching skills and student achievement, and the research found a number of of the results and recommendations.
