حقوق الانسان في وصايا الامام علي بن ابي طالب (ع)

ملخص البحث:
لم تعد حقوق الإنسان بمختلف أبعادها، من الأمور التي تندرج ضمن نطاق الاختصاص الداخلي للدول فحسب، بل أضحى المجتمع الدولي طرفا أصيلاً فيما يتعلق بهذه المسألة، وبما يعبر عن عالمية القضايا الإنسانية ، كما أن تلك الحقوق التي يتفق الجميع على كونها حقوقا طبيعية لصيقة بالإنسان منذ ولادته، وبحكم أدميته، أصبحت في عالم اليوم إحدى أهم مجالات النضال الإنساني، الذي لا تحده حدود، ولا تؤطره سياسات، فحقوق الإنسان عالمية، إذ يتفق البشر اينما كانوا عليها، فالارث الاسلامي يحفل بالكثير مما يثبت أن الإنسان حظي من رعاية واهتمام سواء في كتاب الله أو سنة نبيه أو مما جاء به خلفائه عظماء رجاله ومفكريه ، ففي القرآن الكريم وردت آيات كثيرة تحث على كرامة الإنسان وحريته دون لبس أو مواربة ، كما أولى الأئمة عليهم السلام اجمعين ، عناية كبيرة بموضوع حقوق الانسان ، ومن ذلك ما جاء به مفصلاً في عهد الامام علي أبن ابي طالب (عليه السلام ) الى مالك الأشتر ، حين أرسله والياً الى مصر، جاء هذا البحث في محاولة لدراسة حقوق الانسان في وصايا الامام علي عليه السلام باستخدام المنهج الوصفي القائم على التحليل ، اذ تضمن هذا البحث مقدمة مع ثلاث مباحث مع الاستنتاجات والتوصيات ، فالمبحث الاول تضمن التطور التاريخي لنشأة مفهوم حقوق الانسان ، والمبحث الثاني تضمن مفهوم حقوق الانسان في الاسلام ، اما المبحث الثالث فقد تضمن مفهوم حقوق الانسان عند الامام علي عليه السلام .

Abstract

Human rights in all their dimensions are no longer only within the internal jurisdiction of States, but the international community has become an integral part of this issue, reflecting the universality of humanitarian issues. These rights, which all agree on as natural human rights, His birth, by virtue of his humanity, has become, in today’s world, one of the most important areas of human struggle, unbounded by borders and not framed by policies. Human rights are universal, as human beings agree wherever they are.The Islamic heritage is blessed with a lot of evidence that the man has received care and attention both in the book of God or the Sunnah of his prophet or from the successors of his great men and thinkers. In the Holy Quran there are many verses that invoke the dignity and freedom of man without ambiguity or ambiguity. A great deal of attention to the subject of human rights, including what was detailed in the era of Imam Ali Abi Abi Talib (peace be upon him) to the owner of Ashtar, when he sent him to Egypt.This research was an attempt to study human rights in the teachings of Imam Ali peace be upon him using descriptive method based on analysis. This research included an introduction with three questions with conclusions and recommendations. The first study included the historical development of the concept of human rights. Islam, the third topic included the concept of human rights of Imam Ali peace be upon him.
