حقوق المرأة السياسية في الشريعة الاسلامية

ان تباين المركز القانوني والاجتماعي والسياسي للمرأة بحسب الزمان والمكان فضلا عن طبيعة الثقافات والمجتمعات والأديان السماوية , وسوف ابين بنبذة مختصرة ما كانت عليه نظرة المجتمعات للمرأة وحقوقها ومكانتها وعلى الشكل الاتي :
1- في مرحلة المجتمعات البدائية كانت السلطة فقد كانت السلطة للمرأة ونظام سلطة المراة هو السائد ولكنه شيئا فشيئا تحولت الى سلطة الاب لأنه كان الاقوى جسديا فتمكن من فرض سيطرته وسيادته على المرأة والاسرة .
2- اوضاع المرأة في الحضارات والمجتمعات التي سبقت الاسلام لا تختلف كثيرا من مجتمع لأخرِ ومن حضارة الى اخرى , وعلى الرغم من البعد التاريخي والجغرافي بينها , الا ان المرأة كانت لا تحصل على حق من حقوقها الا مقابل ما يتحقق للرجل من مصلحة فيه , ولم تنل المرأة على اي مركز مرموق سياسي او علمي الا نادرا , ولكننا نعرف ان هنالك ملكات وعالمات اشتهرن بعدد محدود .
3- اما في المجتمع الاسلامي الاسلام شريعة الله في الارض جاء ليلبي ضروريات وحاجات المجتمع المسلم بكافة شرائحه وفئاته رجالاً ونساءً ، صغاراً وكباراً ، اقوياء وضعفاء ، والمرأة جزء مهم من نسيج المجتمع ،وحتى نستطيع ان نعي نظرة التشريع الرباني للمرأة لابد من النظر الى ما حققته الشريعة الاسلامية من تقدم في التعامل معها مقارنة بما كان قبل الاسلام
Abstract:
The differing legal status and women’s social and political time and space as well as the nature of cultures, societies, religions, and will make a brief overview of the communities and the rights of women and prestige, as follows:
1-At the stage of primitive societies were the authority power to women and women’s power system is prevalent but gradually turned into the authority of the father because he was physically stronger, able to control and sovereignty over women and the family.
2-The situation of women in the cultures and societies that preceded Islam does not differ much from one community to another and from one culture to another, despite the historical and geographical dimension, however, women were not getting right but for the men of interest in it, and didn’t get the woman. Any politician or prestigious status rarely unscientific, but we know that there are Queens and scientists be current limited number.
3-In Islamic society Islam Allah’s law in the land came to meet the necessities and needs of the Muslim community in all segments and groups of men and women, young and old, strong and weak, and the woman is an important part of the fabric of society And so we can understand the look of women’s Rabbinic legislation must consider to what Islamic law in handling compared to what it was before Islam.
