دراسة عن الطلاق في المنظور الاسلامي وأثره في المجتمع

الملخص
من المعروف عن الطلاق أنّه رفع القيد وحل الوثاق ، اذن فهو يعني حل قيد النكاح علماً أنّه يعد حلالاً مبغضاً لكنه في بعض الحالات حل لابد منه والا لما سمحت به الشريعة الاسلامية وان عدته أبغض الحلال، ولا بد من التنويه الى أن الطلاق يكون حلا عندما تتفاقم المشاكل الزوجية ويصعب حلها كسوء التقدير والبعد عن الواقع وكثرة التقريع واللوم والغيرة المرضيّة التي تؤدي إلى إحداث مشاكل وأزمات بين زوجين يصبح استحالة العيش بينهما وتحت سقف واحد ومنها أنعدام الثقة وغيابها وسوء التواصل بين الزوجين واختلاف الأولويات والمشاكل المالية والعلاقة الحميمة وسوء المعاملة والروتين مما يبعد أحد الطرفين عن الآخر ويحدث فجوة وشرخاً في العلاقة الزوجية، مما يؤدي إلى أن يلجا الطرفان (الرجل والمرأة) إلى الطلاق كحل نهائي للتخلص من المشاكل.
تعتبر مشكلة الطلاق من أهم المشاكل والآفات المجتمعية التي تسب العديد من الآثار السلبية على كلٍّ من الفرد والأسرة والمجتمع ككلّ والسبب في ذلك يعود إلى قدرتها على خلق جو من العزلة والعنف والشقاق وفضلا عن العنف في الأسرة مما ينعكس بشكل كبير على العديد من فئات المجتمع وهذا ما فصلناه في بحثنا عن الطلاق في الشريعة الاسلامية وما يتركه من اثارا سلبية على الفرد والمجتمع.
