دور القوى الصاعدة في النظام الدولي، الهند إنموذجاً

الملخص

أدت المتغيرات التي شهدها النظام الدولي، إلى بروز قوى جديدة على مستوى التفاعلات الإقليمية والدولية، نظراً لما تمتلكه من مقومات القوة، ولا سيما على مستوى التنمية الاقتصادية والنفوذ السياسي، الأمر الذي مكنها من أداء دور فاعل في العلاقات الدولية. وهو ما أفرز تنامي قوة العديد من الدول في مجالات معينة في اطار مفهوم القوى الصاعدة، التي تسعى إلى تغيير ديناميات القوة في النظام الدولي من خلال تعزيز دورها في التفاعلات الإقليمية والدولية، ورغبتها في تشكيل علاقات سياسية بعيدا عن القوى المهيمنة والتحكم في الأدوار الإقليمية. وتعد الهند من أهم القوى الصاعدة في النظام الدولي لما تمتلكه من مقومات القوة ولا سيما السياسية والاقتصادية والعسكرية والثقافية، فضلا عن تاثيرها على مستوى المنظمات والمؤسسات الاقتصادية كمنظمة التجارة الدولية وصندوق النقد الدولي، والتي مكنتها من القيام بأدوار إقليمية ودولية مؤثرة تتناسب وهذه القدرات، وبما جعلها دولة ذات مكانة سياسية واقتصادية وعسكرية مهمة على الساحة الدولية.

The Role of Rising Powers in the International System، India as a model

Abstract

The changes witnessed in the international system led to the emergence of new powers at the level of regional and international interactions, given the elements of power they possess, especially at the level of economic development and political influence, which enabled them to play an active role in international relations.  This has resulted in the growing power of many countries in certain fields within the framework of the concept of rising powers, which seek to change the dynamics of power in the international system by enhancing their role in regional and international interactions, and their desire to form political relations away from dominant powers and control regional roles.  India is considered one of the most important rising powers in the international system due to its power capabilities, especially political, economic, military and cultural, as well as its influence on the level of economic organizations and institutions such as the World Trade Organization and the International Monetary Fund, which has enabled it to play influential regional and international roles commensurate with these capabilities, making it  A country with an important political, economic and military standing on the international scene.
