الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي الى ابراز دور المنظمات الدولية في الحد من الجائحة على النساء ، تناول الاطار العام للدراسة دراسات سابقة تناولت الدراسة الاولى (منظمة العمل: بسبب جائحة كورونا، سيخسر العالم ما يعادل 195 مليون وظيفة بدوام كامل، من بينها 5 ملايين في الدول العربية) اما الدراسة الثانية (الامم المتحدة تأثير جائحة كوفيد-19 على النساء) ، اما الدراسة الثالثة (الامم المتحدة والاستجابة للتصدي أثر مر ض فيروس كورونا لعام 2019 كوفيد-19 على النساء والفتيات) ، اما الفصل الثاني : دور المنظمات الدولية والتحديات التي تواجهها النساء اثناء انتشار الجائحة ، اهم التوصيات التي توصلت لها الباحثة :
اولا :العمل المنسق بين المنظمات الدولية والمؤسسات الحكومية حول توحيد الجهود الفاعلة لخدمة النساء لاسيما فترة انتشار الجائحة
ثانيا : التركيز حول خدمة النساء المهمشات في المناطق التي شهدت ارتفاع نسبة الاصابة ب كوفيد -19 وضرورة العمل على تمكينهن اقتصاديا واجتماعيا وصحيا ويكون هذا العمل المنسق مع المنظمات الدولية المهمة كمنظمة الصحة العالمية ومنظمة العمل الدولية وغيرها
ثالثا : عقد الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات الدولية وبالتنسيق والتعاون مع الوزارات ذات العلاقة كوزارة الداخلية والدفاع وحقوق الانسان مع المنظمات الدولية من اجل تقديم الدعم الكامل للنساء الناجيات من العنف والعمل على اعادة تاهيلهن
رابعا : التنسيق والتعاون بين المنظمات الدولية والمراكز البحثية التابعة للجامعات العراقية ولاسيما مركز دراسات المراة لدراسة اهم المعوقات التي تعيق تمكين المراة في المناطق الفقيرة والتي تكثر فيها نسبة النساء الفاقدات المعيل والارامل والمطلقات
خامسا: الحفاظ على حقوق المراة في الدساتير العراقية وضرورة ان تكون متواكبة مع البروتوكولات والمعاهدات الدولية

(The role of international organizations in reducing the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on women)

Abstract
The current research aims to highlight the role of international organizations in reducing the pandemic on women. The general framework of the study dealt with previous studies that dealt with the first study (the Labor Organization: Because of the Corona pandemic, the world will lose The equivalent of 195 million full-time jobs, including 5 million in Arab countries). As for the second study (the United Nations, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on women), and the third study (the United Nations and the response to confront the impact of the 2019 coronavirus disease Covid-19 on… Women and girls), as for the second chapter: The role of international organizations and the challenges that women face during the spread of the pandemic. The most important recommendations reached by the researcher:
First: Coordinated work between international organizations and governmental institutions to unify effective efforts to serve women, especially during the spread of the pandemic.
Second: Focus on serving marginalized women in areas that have witnessed a high rate of infection with Covid-19 and the necessity of working to empower them economically, socially and health-wise. This work will be coordinated with important international organizations such as the World Health Organization, the International Labor Organization and others.
Third: Concluding international agreements and treaties, in coordination and cooperation with the relevant ministries, such as the Ministry of Interior, Defense and Human Rights, with international organizations in order to provide full support to women survivors of violence and work on their rehabilitation.
Fourth: Coordination and cooperation between international organizations and research centers affiliated with Iraqi universities, especially the Center for Women’s Studies, to study the most important obstacles that hinder women’s empowerment in poor areas, where the percentage of women without breadwinners, widows, and divorcees is high.
Fifth: Preserving women’s rights in Iraqi constitutions and the need for them to be compatible with international protocols and treaties.
