الملخص:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى الخوض في البنية الشعرية لدى القاضي الجرجاني ثقافياً، وإظهار مدى العمق الثقافي لنصوصه الشعرية، عبر الحديث في تكوينه الإنساني، ومرجعتيه الثقافية، التي صارت لاحقاً مادة دلالية في القصيدة الشعرية لديه.
لذلك ركز البحث في قضايا تعد أساساً واضحاً في البنية الشعرية لدى القاضي الجرجاني، فجاءت ثقافته الدينية أولاً.
تلك الثقافة التي اتخذت من النص القرآني الكريم عماداً لها، فانتشرت في نصه الشعري بدلالات واضحة عميقة، ثم جاء البحث في الأثر الأدبي السابق عليه، والشعري منه خاصة، ومدى الإفادة والتساوق معه نصياً، وكذلك ما للتاريخ من أحداث جسام في الحياة العربية، فكان أن أخذت طريقهاً إلى شعره شكلاً ومضموناً، فوقف البحث على ثناياها ورموزها وأساطيرها. أن كل ذلك مثّل مرجعية ثقافية في شعر الجرجاني أفاد منه، وقدّمه إلى متلقيه عبر نص شعري معبر.

Introduction
This research aims to delve into the poetic structure of Judge Al-Jurjani culturally, and to show the extent of the cultural depth of his poetic texts, by talking about his human formation, and his cultural references, which later became an indicative material in his poetic poem, so the research focused on issues that are a clear basis in the poetic structure With Al-Qadi Al-Jurjani, his religious culture came first. That culture, which was taken from the Noble Qur’an text as its mainstay, spread in its poetic text with clear and deep connotations. I took my way to his poetry in form and content, and the research stopped on its folds, symbols and legends, that all of this represented a cultural reference in Al-Jurjani’s poetry that benefited from it, and presented it to its recipients through an expressive poetic text.
