الملخص:
هدف البحث التعرف على (صعوبات تطوير المناهج التربوية من وجهة نظر المدرسين) للعام الدراسي 2018-2019 ،وتضمن البحث أربعة فصول تناول الفصل الأول مشكلة البحث وأهمية البحث وأهداف البحث وحدود البحث وتحديد المصطلحات .اما الفصل الثاني فقد تناول الخلفية النظرية ،اما الفصل الثالث فقد تناول منهجية البحث ،مجتمع البحث وعينة البحث واداة البحث والتاكد من صدق الأداة ،وتطبيق الأداة والوسائل الإحصائية ،اما الفصل الرابع فقد تناول نتائج البحث بواقع (80)مدرس ومدرسة اختيروا بالطريقة القصدية بااستخدام المنهج الوصفي ،وقد استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة الاستطلاعية لمعرفة صعوبات تطوير المناهج التربوية من وجهة نظر المدرسين ، فكان عدد فقرات الاستبانة بشكلها الاولي 25 فقرة ،وبعد عرضها الاستبانة على مجموعة من الخبراء والمحكمين لغرض تعديل وحذف الفقرات أصبحت الاستبانة بشكلها النهائي مكونة من (22)فقرة ،طبقت الاستبانة النهائية على عينة من المدرسين (80)مدرس ومدرسة ،واستخدمت بعض الوسائل الإحصائية ، اتضح من نتائج البحث ان صعوبة الموضوعات في ظل تطوير المناهج التربوية والتي لاتناسب قدرات الطلبة ومدى استيعابهم لهذا التطوير لذلك من أهم توصيات البحث إدخال المدرسين دورات تدريبية تساعدهم في كيفية استخدام المنهج الجديد وبأسـاليب وطرائـق تدريسـية شـاملة اما المقترحات تطبيـق بـرامج منتخبـة أثبتـت فاعليتهـا فـي تطـوير المنـاهج الدراسـية ولكافـة التخصصـات العلميـة كاسـتخدام الحقائــب التدريبيــة، أو البــرامج القائمــة علــى أســس التعلــيم الــذاتي .
Abstract
The purpose of the research was to identify the difficulties of developing the educational curricula from the point of view of teachers for the academic year 2018-2019. The research included four chapters dealing with the first chapter, the problem of research, the importance of research, the research objectives, the research boundaries and the definition of terms.
