ظاهرة التسول في العراق “اسباب التسول لدى المتسولات في مدينة بغداد انموذجاً “

الملخص
تتحدد مشكلة البحث الحالي في الإجابة على التساؤل الاتي:-
– ما هي اسباب التسول لدى المتسولات في مدينة بغداد .
ومن خلال ما تقدم من أهمية البحث الحالي ارتأت الباحثة ظرورة التعرف على اسباب التسول لدى المتسولات في مدينة بغداد ، ويمكن ايجاز مسوّغات أهمية البحث بالنقاط الآتية:
1- ندرة البحوث العربية والعراقية المتعلقة بموضوع (ظاهرة التسول في العراق “اسباب التسول لدى المتسولات في مدينة بغداد انموذجاً”) إذ ينفرد البحث الحالي بمضمونه ، ولم تجد الباحثة بحسب اطلاعها دراسة مناظرة لهذا البحث على مستوى البيئة العراقية.
2- أهمية المرأة في التنمية وبناء المجتمع والارتقاء بدورها .
3- أهمية المجتمع ومنظماته المدنيه في الحد من هذه الظاهرة التي اضحت تعد مهنه من المهن المستحدثة في العراق بشكل عام وفي مدينة بغداد بشكل خاص ، ولاسيما بعد احداث 9 / 4 / 2003.
ويستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على اسباب التسول لدى المتسولات في مدينة بغداد .
ويقتصر البحث الحالي على المتسولات في مدينة بغداد وللعام (2016).
وقامت الباحثة ببناء أداة البحث الحالي وتتمثل باستبيان اسباب التسول:اذ تم بناءه في ضوء الاستبيان المفتوح وتعريف(الجرجاوي والهمص ، 2014)للتسول ويتكون من(26)فقرة،وتألفت عينة بناء الاستبيان وتطبيقه على(300)متسولة من مدينة بغداد،واتصف الاستبيان بالخصائص السيكومترية المتمثلة بالتمييز والصدق والثبات.
واستعملت الباحثة الحقيبة الإحصائية ( SPSS ) لتحليل البيانات .
وتوصلت الباحثة إلى نتيجة:ان مستوى اسباب التسول لدى المتسولات في مدينة بغداد عالي مقارنه مع التوسط الفرضي،وهذا نتيجة لما يعيشه العراق من احداث استثنائية اثرة على جميع شرائح المجتمع،لاسيما من الناحية الاقتصادية التي جعلت المرأة تعمل لكسب العيش ولكن نتيجة لصعوبة الحصول على العمل نجدها تلجأ الى التسول من اجل كسب تامين معيشة نفسها وعائلتها،اما فيما يخص اي فقرة اكثر حدة من غيرها فتتمثل بالفقرة(1)”تتابع الحروب والأزمات والوضع الراهن للعراق التي أدت الى ارتفاع حالات البطالة والمشاكل الاقتصادية اذ تمثل ” وزنها المرجح ووزنها المئوي على التوالي(3.61)،( 118.78)،اما ادنى درجته فقد كانت من نصيب الفقرة(18)” السكن في مناطق مكتظة بالسكان ولا تتوفر فيها الخدمات اللازمة اذ يضطر الأطفال وتحت وطأة هذه الظروف بالهروب للشارع،حيث ينتظرهم رفاق السوء الذين يؤثرون عليهم بشكل مباشر بتصرفاتهم وميولهم والتي غالباً ما تكون الانحراف والتشرد والتسول وكل ذلك بعيداً عن رعاية الأهل وتوجيههم”اذ تمثل وزنها المرجح ووزنها المئوي على التوالي (2.61)،( 86.78).
وبناءاً على النتائج توصلت الباحثة إلى بعض التوصيات والمقترحات .

It is determined by the problem of current research to answer the question the following: –
– What are the causes of the beggars begging in the city of Baghdad.
From the foregoing the importance of the current research considers Zerorh researcher to identify the reasons for the beggars begging in the city of Baghdad, and can be summarized rationale for the importance of research the following points:
1. scarcity of Arab and Iraqi research on the subject (the reasons for begging the Altsolat in the city of Baghdad) as its content unique to the current search, and did not find a researcher, according to a study analogous to inform them of this research on the Iraqi environment level.

And the researcher building Current search tool is a questionnaire reasons for begging: it was built in the light of the open questionnaire and definition (Jerjaoi and hams, 2014) to beg and consists of (26) items, and consisted of a sample based questionnaire and apply it to (300) beggar from the city of Baghdad.
And characterized questionnaire psychometric characteristics of discrimination, honesty and reliability.
The researcher used statistical Pouch (SPSS) to analyze the data.
