الملخص:
تعد مشكلة تعاطي المخدرات من المشكلات التي تؤثر في بناء المجتمع وافراده لما يترتب عليه من آثار سلبية سيئة سواء كانت نفسية او تربوية اجتماعية او اقتصادية تنعكس على الفرد والمجتمع.
وان هذه الظاهرة تدفع اليها عوامل عدة منها ما يتعلق بالفرد وما يمر به ضغوطات او امراض نفسية ومنها ما يتعلق بالأسرة ومشكلاتها ومنها ما يتعلق بالمجتمع والبناء الاجتماعي ككل وما يواجهه ابناء المجتمع من الحروب والازمات المختلفة والمشكلات الاجتماعية وغيرها. وأصبح تعاطي المخدرات خطرا يهدد العديد من المجتمعات فلا تكاد تخلوا دولة من مشكلة تعاطي المخدرات بين ابناء افرادها والمشكلة تتسع عاما بعد عام مع تزايد نسب واعداد المتعاطين للمخدرات في المجتمع. وتتجلى مشكلة البحث الحالي في مدى عمق تفشي ظاهرة التعاطي والادمان على المخدرات في مجتمعنا. اذ اصبحت الحبوب المخدرة في متناول ايدي الطلبة والشباب العاطلين عن العمل بل وحتى المراهقين والصغار من تلامذة المدارس صاروا ضحايا لهذه الآفة المستشرية الا وهي ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات الدخيلة على مجتمعنا.
هدف البحث الحالي الى:
- التعرف على مفهوم المخدرات وانواعها ونسبة انتشارها والمواد القانونية لتجريمها
- التعرف على مفهوم الادمان ومراحله واعراضه، واسبابه وانتشار تعاطي المخدرات في الجامعات واسباب التعاطي وكيف نكتشف المتعاطي
- التعرف على الاثار السلبية (النفسية والتربوية والاجتماعية) للمخدرات على الفرد والمجتمع
- التعرف على سبل مواجهة مشكلة المخدرات وتفشيها في المجتمع
ولتحقيق اهداف البحث اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الاستنتاجات للبيانات المتوافرة حول ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات والادمان عليها ونسب انتشارها بين المجتمعات بشكل عام وبين الشباب في مجتمعنا العراقي بشكل خاص

The phenomenon of drug abuse and its negative effects on the individual and society and ways to prevent it

Abstract:
The problem of drug abuse is one of the problems that affect the building of society and its members because of its negative effects, whether psychological, educational, social or economic, which is reflected on the individual and society.
What is related to the family and its problems, including those related to society and the social structure as a whole, and what the members of society face from wars, various crises, social problems and others. Drug abuse has become a threat to many societies. Almost no country is free from the problem of drug abuse among its members, and the problem is expanding year after year with the increasing rates and numbers of drug users in society. The problem of the current research is reflected in the depth of the prevalence of drug abuse and addiction in our society. As narcotic pills have become within the reach of students, unemployed youth, and even teenagers and young schoolchildren, they have become victims of this rampant scourge, namely the phenomenon of drug abuse that is foreign to our society.
The current research goal is to:
- Getting to know the concept of drugs, their types, their prevalence, and the legal materials for their criminalization
- Getting to know the concept of addiction, its stages and symptoms, its causes, the spread of drug abuse in universities, the causes of abuse, and how to discover the abuser
- Identifying the negative (psychological, educational and social) effects of drugs on the individual and society
- Identifying ways to confront the drug problem and its spread in society
To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach to the available data on the phenomenon of drug abuse and addiction and its prevalence rates among societies in general and among young people in our Iraqi society in particular.
