الملخص
الأهمية:- يعد البحث العلمي ركيزة اساسية من ركائز المعرفة الانسانية في كافة المجالات وميادين الحياة فهو اساس التقدم والازدهار لكل امة ، وأحد مقاييس رقي الامم وحضارات الشعوب، فمن خلاله يستطيع الانسان اكتشاف المجهول وايجاد الحلول لكثير من المشاكل التي تواجهه، فالفضل في اكتشاف التكنولوجيا الحديثة والمعرفة ترجع للبحث العلمي باعتباره الاداة الفعالة لتحقيق الاستثمار الامثل للموارد المتاحة من اجل تحقيق التنمية والتقدم المطلوبين، لذا تنبع اهمية الدراسة اذ يعد محاولة لدراسة واعطاء حلول لمشكلات تواجه البحث العلمي والباحث في محيطه أو في مجتمعه.
الأهداف:- لذلك يعد البحث العلمي من أهم القضايا التي ينبغي ان نوليها اهتمامنا وعنايتنا ، لان المواضيع التي يتناولها بالدراسة ما هي الا محاولة جادة لإيجاد حلول للمشكلات الكثيرة والمتعددة التي تواجهنا في حياتنا اليومية، وتشكل عقبة في سبيل تحقيق التقدم والنجاح على كل المستويات العلمية ومن ذلك تأتي لنا اهمية البحث والتنقيب ومعرفة مشكلات البحث العلمي وايجاد الحلول والاستراتيجيات والاستنتاجات للنهوض بالعملية البحثية على اعلى المستويات، لذلك فالبحث العلمي لا يحقق الفائدة المرجوة منه الا اذا التزم الباحثين بقواعد البحث العلمي والمنهجية والتقنيات والصفات التي يجب ان يتحلى بها الباحثين في ميدان البحث العلمي
الهيكلية:- لذا فقد قسم البحث على اربعة مباحث:-
المبحث الأول :- مفهوم البحث العلمي، وبه اربعة مطالب ، الأول : تعريف البحث العلمي والثاني: أهمية
البحث العلمي، والثالث: خصائص البحث العلمي ، والرابع: تمييز البحث العلمي من غيره .
المبحث الثاني:- مشكلات البحث العلمي، وبه سبعة مطالب، الاول: ضيق نطاق البحوث العلمية، والثاني: هجرة العقول العلمية، والثالث: عدم وجود استراتيجيات واضحة في مجال البحث العلمي تكون لديها اهداف ووسائل واضحة، والرابع: ضعف مهارات البحث العلمي لدى الباحثين، والخامس: قلة الانفاق على البحث العلمي ،والسادس: ضعف القاعدة التعليمية اللازمة للبحث العلمي، والسابع: ضعف المعدات والاجهزة العلمية ونقص الفنيين والمتخصصين في التقنيات الحديثة.
المبحث الثالث:- الدراسات السابقة في مشكلات البحث العلمي، وبه اربعة مطالب، الاول: دراسة مرسي لعام 1977م،والثاني: دراسة عبد العليم مرسي لعام 1984م، والثالث: دراسة احمد علي كنعان لعام 1998م، والرابع: دراسة محمد غانم لعام 2000م.
المبحث الرابع:- الحلول والاستراتيجيات المقترحة لمشكلات البحث العلمي، وبه سبعة مطالب ،الاول: ضرورة انشاء هيئة وطنية للبحث العلمي، والثاني: توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لخدمة تطوير البحث العلمي، والثالث: تنمية القدرات البشرية لجميع العاملين في البحث العلمي، والرابع: الاهتمام بزيادة الانفاق على البحث العلمي، والخامس: تطوير المكتبات، والسادس: ضرورة تسويق البحوث العلمية،والسابع: ضرورة الاهتمام بالترجمة، وهناك خاتمة : اشتملت على أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

Importance: – Scientific research is a fundamental pillar of human knowledge in all fields and fields of life is the basis of progress and prosperity for each nation، and one measure of the progress of nations and civilizations of peoples، through which man can discover the unknown and find solutions to many of the problems facing it، thanks to the discovery of modern technology Knowledge is due to scientific research as an effective tool to achieve the optimum investment of available resources for the achievement of development and progress required، so the importance of the study stems from an attempt to study and give solutions to problems facing scientific research and the researcher in his environment or in his community.
Objectives: – Therefore، scientific research is one of the most important issues that we should pay our attention and attention، because the topics addressed by the study is only a serious attempt to find solutions to the many and multiple problems that face us in our daily lives، and constitute an obstacle to achieving progress and success at all levels of scientific and This comes to us the importance of research and exploration and knowledge of the problems of scientific research and find solutions، strategies and conclusions to promote the research process at the highest levels، therefore، scientific research does not achieve the desired benefit only if researchers adhere to the rules of scientific research and methodology and techniques and Qualities that researchers should have in the field of scientific research.
