الملخص:
حقوق الإنسان ‘ليست مجرد لغة التعاطف ، والتعاون ، والمراعاة ، والتواصل في الشؤون الإنسانية، ومن قواعد المجتمع المتحضر أن يستثمر الإنسان في الكرامة والمساواة والتعايش والعدالة الاجتماعية بطريقة غير استغلالية. ان الهدف من الدراسة هو التوعية بحقوق الإنسان بين طلاب الكليات العراقية الحكومية والاهلية. في هذه الدراسة تم استخدام عينة مكونة من 100 طالب وطالبة من كلية التربية الرياضية في الجامعة المستنصرية (كلية حكومية) وكلية النسور الجامعية، قسم التربية الرياضية (كلية اهلية) ، وتم استخدام أسلوب المسح الوصفي. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة ، تم اعتماد استبيان أداة الدراسة التي تتكون من 38 فقرة. وبعد التحقق من صلاحية الأداة ، تظهر النتائج أن القيمة المتوسطة للوعي بحقوق الإنسان لدى طالب الكلية الخاصة هي أكثر من الوعي بحقوق الإنسان لدى طلاب الكليات الحكومية. لذلك ، تم الاستنتاج أن حقوق الإنسان لطلاب الكليات الاهلية هي أكثر وعيا في حقوق الإنسان من طلبة الكليات الحكوية. وكذلك توصلت الدراسة الى ان الوعي بحقوق الإنسان لدى الطلاب الذكور أكثر من وعي الطالبات الانااث بحقوق الإنسان.

Awareness of Human Rights Education among Iraqi State and Private College Students

Abstract:
Human Rights’ are not merely language of compassion, corporation, consideration, and communication in human affairs; it is the grammar of a civilized society to invest human kind with dignity, equality, coexistence and non- exploitative social justice. The aim of the study is the Human Rights Awareness among Iraqi College Students. For the present study a sample consisted of 100 students from College of Psychical Education in University of Al-Mustansiriyah University (State college) and Al-Nesuor University College (private college), a descriptive survey method was used. To fulfill the objective of the study a questionnaire is adopted be the instrument of the study which consists of 38 items. After checking the validity of the instrument the results show that the mean value of Human Rights awareness of Private College student is more than Human Rights awareness of state college students. Therefore, it is analyzed that Human Rights of Private College students is more than Human Rights of State College. The mean value of Human Rights awareness of male students is more than Human Rights awareness of female students.
