الملخص
بعد سقوط القذافي سعت فرنسا الى توجيه سياستها الخارجية نحو ليبيا ذلك من خلال مجموعة من الادوات منها الاداة السياسية والدبلوماسية و الاداة العسكرية و الاداة الاقتصادية كوسيلة من اجل تامين نفوذها ومصالحها في ظل النظام الليبي الجديد .

Abstract:
After the fall of Gaddafi, France sought to direct its foreign policy towards Libya through a set of tools, including the political and diplomatic tool, the military tool and the economic tool as a means to secure its influence and interests under the new Libyan regime.
