الملخص:

أن سياسات بناء الدولة – الامة في العراق بحاجة الى مراجعة وتصحيح للغايات وتكييف للاهداف ، اذ ان مايجري في البلدان العربية يتحمل وزره بشكل اساسي ، السياسات الخاطئة لبعض انظمة الحكم العربية التي ابتعدت بالانسان العربي عن المشاركة السياسية الحقيقية في كثير من البلدان العربية.

Abstract

The policies of building the nation-state in Iraq need to be reviewed and corrected for the goals and adaptation of the goals, as what is happening in the Arab countries bears its burden mainly, the wrong policies of some Arab regimes that have distanced the Arab man from real political participation in many Arab countries.
