الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى:
- الرعاية التفاعلية لدى المرشدين التربويين.
- الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في الرعاية التفاعلية لدى المرشدين التربويين على وفق المتغيرات الجنس (الذكور – الاناث) والمدرسة (أبتدائي – وثانوي ).
وقد تحدد البحث الحالي بالمرشدين التربويين للدراسة الصباحية ولكل من (الذكور والإناث) والمدرسة (أبتدائي – وثانوي ) للعام الدراسي (2022- 2023).
تكونت عينة البحث من (300) مرشداً ومرشدة اختيروا بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائي على وفق الأسلوب المتناسب.
وتم بناء مقياس الرعاية التفاعلية باعتماد على نظرية جلجان (Gilligan, 1979 )، وتكون المقياس على ثلاث مجالات وهي (الرعاية التفاعلية المعرفية ، الرعاية التفاعلية العاطفية الرعاية التفاعلية الاجتماعية)
وبعد استكمال شروط الصدق والثبات تضمن (30) فقرة توزعت على أبعاده الثلاثة. وبعـد جـمع البيـانات ومعـالجـتها إحصائيـاً بالاستعـانة بالحقـيبة الاحـصائية للعـلوم الاجتمـاعية (SPSS) توصـل البحـث الى النتائـج الاتيـة :
- ان الرعاية التفاعلية دال احصائيا ولصالح المرشدين التربويين.
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الرعاية التفاعلية لدى المرشدين التربويين على وفق متغيري النوع (ذكور- إناث), والمدرسة (ابتدائي –ثانوي ).
واستكمالاً للنتائج التي توصل إليه البحث أوصى الباحث بمجموعة توصيات منها:
- المؤسسات ذات العلاقة بالمرشدين التربوين بتطوير الجوانب التفاعلية بين الافراد .
- اقامة دورات توعوية في مديريات التربية لدى الذكور والاناث لزيادة الرعاية التفاعلية
وقد وضع الباحث عدة مقترحات منها:
- الرعاية التفاعلية وعلاقتها ببعض متغيرات الشخصية مثل (الانهماك الوظيفي- المقامة النفسية-ادارة الحكمة)
- الرعاية التفاعلية لدى عينات مثل طلبة الدراسات العليا او طلبة الجامعة

Abstract
The present research aims at knowing:
- Interactive care among educational counselors
- Statistically significant differences in interactive care among educational counselors according to the variables gender (males – females) and school (primary – secondary)
The current research was limited to the educational counselors for the morning study for both (males and females) and the school (primary and secondary) for the academic year (2022-2023).
The research sample consisted of (300) male and female counselors who were chosen by random stratified method according to the proportional method
The interactive care scale was built based on Gilligan’s theory (1979), and the scale consists of three domains: (cognitive interactive care, emotional interactive care, and social interactive care).
After completing the conditions of validity and reliability, it included (30) items distributed over its three dimensions. After collecting the data and processing it statistically using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the research reached the following results:
- Interactive care is statistically significant and in favor of educational counselors.
- There are no statistically significant differences in the degrees of interactive care among educational counselors according to the variables of gender (males – females) and school (primary – secondary).
In addition to the findings of the research, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, including:
- Institutions related to educational counselors developing interactive aspects between individuals.
- Holding awareness courses in education directorates for males and females to increase interactive care
The researcher put forward several proposals, including:
1- Interactive care and its relationship to some personality variables such as (job preoccupation – psychological standing – wisdom management)
2- Interactive care among samples such as graduate students or university students
