الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على :
- المصداقية عند مدري المدارس, كما يدركه المدرسين والمدرسات.
- الفروق في المصداقية عند مديري المدارس تبعا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور واناث) ومدة الخدمة (1-4 سنة, 5-9 سنة, 10 سنوات فأكثر).
اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة الحالية, ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثان ببناء مقياس المصداقية عند مديري المدارس كما يدركه المدرسين والمدرسات بعد استكمال شروط الصدق والثبات والقدرة على التمييز, واستخدم الباحثان البدائل الخماسية للمقياس وكانت: (موافق بشدة, موافق احيانا, موافق, غير موافق, غير موافق بشدة)، واستكمالا لذلك طبق الباحثان المقياسين على عينة قوامها (400) مدرس ومدرسة من المدارس الثانوية في محافظة الديوانية لسنة 2021-2022, ثم تم تحُليل البيانات احصائيا بالاستعانة ببرنامج (Spss) للعلوم التربوية والنفسية, وكانت النتائج كما يأتي:
- ان مديري المدارس يتسمون بالمصداقية بنسبة اعلى من متوسط المقياس.
- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في المصداقية تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور, إناث), حيث يتمتع الذكور بالمصداقية بنسبة اعلى من الاناث,
- وتوجد فروق دالة احصائيا تبعا لمتغير مدة الخدمة (1-4سنة,5-9 سنة, ومن 10فأكثر), حيث اظهرت النتائج ان المديرين والمديرات ممن تبلغ خدمتهم (1-4) يدركون على انهم اكثر مصداقية من قبل مدرسيهم اكثر من باقي المديرين.

- and there are differences function statistically according to for variable Period the service(1-4year5-9year,And from10and more),Where I showed Results that managers and directors who reached serve them (1-4) y They are perceived as being more trusted by their teachers than by other principals.
