المُلخّص
تتوجه السياسة الخارجيّة الروسيّة في الوقت الراهن نحو مواجهة السياسة الأمريكيّة وسياسة الغرب المُكملة لها، فروسيا ترى أن تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجيّة يتطلب الحفاظ على أمنها القومي أولاً، ومن ثمَّ العمل على تكوين وتعزيز الشراكات الإقليميّة والدوليّة التي من شأنها أن توطّد الأمن على حدودها المُشتركة مع جمهوريات ودول الاتحاد السوفيتي (سابقاً) والتي يميل بعضها نحو الغرب، ويسعى للانتماء إلى الأحلاف الغربيّة التي تقودها الولايات المُتحدة الأمريكيّة، على سبيل المثال، أوكرانيا، إذ يُمكن القول بأن السياسة الأمريكيّة الاستفزازيّة أدت دوراً رئيساً في انطلاق الحملة العسكريّة الروسيّة الخاصّة في أوكرانيا، كما تضمُن هذه الشراكات التي تُقيمها روسيا مع الدول الصديقة، إن صحَّ التعبير، دعم وتطوير الاقتصاد القومي لروسيا، وعليه، نستخلص من ذلك، أن السياسة الروسيّة تتعامل وفق مبدأ العالم مُتعدد الأقطاب، حتى وأن كان هذا العالم غير متكافئ على أرض الواقع، ولن تسمح روسيا للولايات المُتحدة الأمريكيّة ودول حلف الشمال الأطلسي أن تُهدد أمنها من خلال تمدد الحلف المذكور في أوروبا الشرقيّة وصولاً حتى الحدود الروسيّة.

Abstract
Russian foreign policy is currently directed towards opposing American policy and the West’s complementary policy. Russia believes that achieving its strategic goals requires preserving its national security first, and then working to form and strengthen regional and international partnerships that would consolidate security on its common borders with the republics and countries of the (former) Soviet Union, some of which tend towards the West, and seek to belong to Western alliances led by the United States of America, for example, Ukraine. It can be said that the provocative American policy played a major role in launching the Russian special military campaign in Ukraine. These partnerships that Russia establishes with friendly countries, so to speak, also guarantee the support and development of Russia’s national economy. Therefore, we conclude from this that Russian politics deals in accordance with the principle of a multipolar world, even if this world is unequal on the ground. Russia will not allow the United States of America and NATO countries to threaten its security through the expansion of the said alliance in Eastern Europe all the way to the Russian borders.
