الملخص:
يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرّف على فجوة التعليم الإلكتروني وعلاقتها بسلطة الدماغ لدى أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في كليتي التربية والهندسة, ولغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث الحالي قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس ( فجوة التعليم الالكتروني ) وتكون من أربعة مجالات يتضمن (40) فقرة ، وتبنت مقياس (سلطة الدماغ) والذي أعده الحزيمي (2005) ، وفقًا لنظرية ( نيد هيرمان ، 1976) عن الهيمنة الدماغية ، وتكون مقياس (الحزيمي، 2005)، المختصر الأنموذج هيرمان من (56) فقرة موزعة على أربعة أنماط ، كل نمط يحتوي على (14) فقرة ، وتم أيجاد الخصائص السيكو مترية المقياسان، ممثله بإيجاد أكثر من نوع واحد من أنواع الصدق ، والقوة التميزية لفقراته ، والثبات بالصورة التي أصبح فيها المقياسين جاهزين للتطبيق وبصورتهما النهائية .

The E-Learning Gap and its Relationship to Brain Authority among Faculty Members in Colleges of Education and Engineering

Abstract:
The current research aims to identify the e-learning gap and its relationship to the brain power of faculty members in the Colleges of Education and Engineering. ), which was prepared by Al-Huzaimi (2005), according to the theory (Ned Hermann, 1976) of cerebral dominance, and the scale (Al-Huzaimi, 2005), the abbreviated Hermann model, consists of (56) items distributed into four styles, each style contains (14) items, The psychometric characteristics of the two scales were found, represented by finding more than one type of honesty, the discriminating strength of its paragraphs, and the stability in the form in which the two scales became ready for application and in their final form.
