تعد شريعة الإسلام قائمة في أصولها على العدل والتكريم.. وتأسيس أدوار الخليقة وفي مقدمة الخلق من كان في الأرض خليفة، الإنسان الذي اقتضت إرادة الله أن يكون ذكراً وأنثى ليضع على عاتقهما تكوين المجتمعات، وبسط أحكام وقواعد الخالق فيها، لذا كان لابد من تثبيت جذور الإنسان من خلال تمكينه في الأرض للوصول إلى المكون البشري القادر على تحقيق المثالية في المجتمع المؤسس له، وهذا التمكين يكون بالتوازن بين المرأة والرجل وبالتزام كل منهما بدورهما المكفول له بأصل التشريع باعتبارهما نسيج المجتمع التام والمحكم، مما يجعل تحقيق هذا مبنياً على التماسك والتلاحم بين شريحتيه ، لذا كان الله تعالى بمحكم علمه مقدراً للأثنين معاً بناء المجتمع وبلوغ سموه؛ فيكون اختلال أحد ركنيه مؤدياً إلى فشل قيام مجتمعٍ سليمٍ..
لذا كان لابد من تسليط الضوء على الركن الهام في المجتمع وهو المرأة والوقوف على مدى تمكينها في الإسلام، بعد ما باتت التقاليد والموروثات المضللة هي السائدة في مجتمعاتنا الإسلامية بدلا من قواعد الشرع وأحكامه، لتجد الدعوات المغرضة من قبل أعداء الإسلام أرضية لها لتخرج المرأة المسلمة من هيبتها ووقارها وتدفع بها إلى السقوط بحجة الإنتصار لحقوقها !
وأهم ما أسفر عنه هذا البحث من نتائج :
1_ يجب الإعتراف بأن للمرأة الحق في لعب كافة أدوارها في المشاركة الفعالة وفق ما منحته لها قواعد الشرع وأصوله .
2_ لتمكين المرأة مجالات ترمي إلى أبعاد متعددة في واقع المجتمع والتعايش فيه؛ وهي البعد الثقافي، والاجتماعي، والتنموي، والإقتصادي، والسياسي .
3_ العلم ظاهرة اجتماعية ملزمة في الشريعة الإسلامية، يكون في إثباتها كحقٍ للمرأة تمكينٌ لها في مجتمعها .
4_عمل المرأة قررته الشريعة الربانية واعدته من مميزات هذه الحضارة بما مكّن المرأة في مجتمعها من خلال إثبات شخصيتها المستقلة وحضورها الواعي في كل مجالات الحياة العامة والخاصة، وإلتزامها بحدود الله والآداب الشرعية .
5_ الشريعة الإسلامية تحتفظ للمرأة بأهليتها الكاملة في إدارة أموالها وإجراء مختلف العقود، بما يضمن لها في المجتمع التمكين المادي المستقل وفق قواعد الشرع.

The main results of this research are:
1_ It must be recognized that women have the right to play all their roles in effective participation, as granted by the rules and principles of Shari’a.
2. To empower women in areas aimed at multiple dimensions in the reality of society and coexistence in it; namely, cultural, social, developmental, economic and political dimensions.
3_ Science is a social phenomenon that is binding in the Islamic Shari’a, which in proving it as a right for women to empower it in its society.
4_aml women decided by divine law and prepared by the characteristics of this civilization, including enabling women in the society by demonstrating the independent character and presence conscious in all areas of public and private life, and commitment to the limits of God and morality legitimacy.
